It depends how much deviated septum is if is mild there is no need of surgery .surgery is needed when there is difficulty in breathing from nose nd for NCCT nose nd pns.

Avoid water in ear ,cold diet ,cold nd cough they will effect ear drum always use cotton plug in ear during bath. Take pain killer when you need.

It is globus pharyngeus .Take antacid tab in morning drinks plenty of water dry cough may be due to allergy.
