A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Start taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter!

Tomatoes are an excellent solution for getting rid of dark circle, as it naturally helps to decrease the dark circles and also makes the skin soft and supple. All you need to do is mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it under your eyes. Let it remain for about 10 minutes and then, wash it off with water. Repeat this remedy at least twice a day. On a daily basis you can also drink tomato juice mixed with some lemon juice and mint leaves in order to get rid of dark circles.

As the duration of suffering is more, I presume that he is into chronic fissure stage. At this stage a surgery is the only answer.

Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles. The caffeine and antioxidants present in tea can be highly beneficial for getting rid of dark circles as well as puffiness under eyes by shrinking the blood vessels and reducing fluid retention. The tannins, in particular, help decrease swelling and discoloration. 1. Chill two used green or black tea bags in the refrigerator for about half an hour. 2. Place one tea bag over each eye and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Remove the tea bags and wash your face. 4. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Note: Be careful not to get the tea in your eyes. Additional Tips ? Get adequate sleep and rest. ? Avoid rubbing your eyes too much or too often as it causes the blood vessels to dilate, thus making the under eye circles appear darker. ? Remove your make-up before going to sleep or else it may irritate your eyes. ? Limit sun exposure. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to get rid of water retention that could be causing the problem

Beautifying Your Pout - 7 Simple Tips To Keep Your Lips Beautiful!

Do you get embarrassed while you pout for a quick selfie? Well, dried and chapped lips may spoil your entire look. Your photogenic appearance may also get ruined up due to the bad health of your lips. Your personality gets a booster dose when your pout is perfect and beautiful. Lips are essential for your perfect sexual life too.

Lips are devoid of oil glands, unlike the other portions of your face or skin. Thus, they tend to dry up soon. There can be a number of reasons behind dried lips. Blame it on the weather or any disease; your lips are more prone to ill-health and dullness. You need to be extra careful about the moisture retention in the lips.

Here are some of the most common reasons for bad lips:

  1. Heredity: Most of the times, you will have to blame your genes for dry and pigmented lips. These cannot be treated with cosmetics.
  2. Pregnancy: Hormonal changes and imbalance during pregnancy lead to dark patches on the face, especially on the lips, nose tips, cheek and forehead. This is commonly termed as the mask of pregnancy. The problem ends as soon as pregnancy is complete.
  3. Dehydration: Lips get dull and cracked as you forget to consume the right amount of water throughout the day. Dehydration not just affects your skin, but adversely impacts the lips too.
  4. Smoking: Researchers believe that smoking leads to darkening of the lips. It also leads to discolouration of the teeth.
  5. Poor diet: Food deficient in essential vitamins and minerals leads to dryness and dullness of the lips. Deficiency of vitamin E and C affects the health of lips.
  6. Coffee addiction: Consumption of too much of coffee leads to darkening of lips.
  7. UV Rays: Excessive exposure to sun rays is a major cause for developing dark lips. UV rays affect the skin adversely.

How to get beautiful lips?
You can follow the tips below to get beautiful lips:

  1. Exfoliate your lips. Use sugar and honey to make a scrub for your skin. Rub it on the lips for 5 minutes and rinse it. Honey is an antioxidant that restores the quality of your damaged lips and sugar removes the dead cells.
  2. Keep lips moisturised. You must apply lip balms and SPF-containing lip creams/lotions to keep them hydrated throughout the day.
  3. Drink a lot of water to maintain the fluid levels in the body.
  4. Use a humidifier at your residence in dry weather to keep the moisture intact.
  5. Wrap your face with a scarf when going out in cold weather or out in the sun.
  6. Don’t bite your lips, or lick them. Saliva causes drying up of lips.
  7. Visit a dermatologist if you are suffering from severe drying up of lips.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
