Actually, dil me surakh, means child may be having Ventricular Septal Defect. Now the size of defect, characteristic of defect and cardiac complication particularly cardiomegaly and high pressure in Pulmonary artery are important factors to take decision of operation. If condition is worsening then better to take chance of early operation.

Dear user Neurologist opinion is required to know the diagnosis if you feel sleepy Excessive is not normal so a neurologist is the best to consult so that appropriate approach of treatment is given once a correct diagnosis is made. My provisional diagnosis Sleep Obstructive Apnea which is a serious medical conditions in some cases it's extremely very dangerous which I don't think appropriate to discuss online. I once again advise to consult neurologist. I think you will have to go personally to clinic or take an online advise on Lybrate. Hopefully your questions is answered.

I have stopped medication with out consultation with doctor because I think my bp is in control i.e 110/80 (checked at home) and at doctor its 150/85. After stopping medication I am feeling dizzy, mild headache, bubbles in urine, indigestion and flatulence. Can I continue my medication or else any other way to control bp. I am really worried about it. No heart and kidney problems. Done with all the tests prescribed by doctor. Is it necessary to take BP tablets life long?(please answer for this question. At home when relaxed your BP was 110/70 , when you exert yourself a little or walk - it increases your BP marginally- So the BP reading varied at different places. You should Trust your doctor completely as the Doctor is working towards your wellness. Kindly follow your doctor's advice and even if you want to stop the medicine- please take your doctor's permission regarding same. Practice breathing exercises and some meditation.

Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your concern. I would advise you to go for a second opinion here, with all your reports. You at least need anti-anginal medicine, including anti-platelet/ anti-coagulant therapies, if you are hesitating to go for angioplasty. Simultaneously, keep your diet and lifestyle streamlined, focus on a mediterranean diet pattern. You must cease smoking, if any, completely. Your lipid profile needs to be managed too. Do focus on anxiety/ stress reduction as well, through regular yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, anxiolytics etc all. Hope this helps. Take care and all the very best. Sincerely, Dr. Pritam (nd) bbsr.
