How to increase my stamina and how to get a proper erection for 1st short please suggest some diet.
Take heavy breakfast, then lunch at every day fix time, eat something light food at at evening and then have dinner at 8.00pm and sleep after 2-3 hr of dinner 3. Avoid junk food, bakery product, spicy, late night dinner and sleep 4. Do exercise at morning at least 45 min every day till you sweat 5. Take following remedies a] triphala kadha at night 30 ml b]arogya vardhini vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Dear, you wrote you are suffering from piles from 7 years and you are female but most of the female patient got this problem when they got pregnant they think that they are suffering from piles because they feel pain in toilet time and feel extra skin around the anus and mild bleeding also but after examination most of the female patient are suffering from the chronic fissure and they thought they suffering from piles so i mean to say that may be you are not suffering from piles. And fissure is a very common problem in daily life we can treat both (Piles and fissure) with ayurvedic medicine and the root cause of this problem is your digestion problem normally in my practice most of the patients are become happy with conservative Ayurvedic medical treatment all the problems like bleeding pain swelling hard stool constipation can control and cure with ayurvedic medicines and many patients are very happy with that so according to me don't get panic take ayurvedic treatment and get well soon. Surgery is strictly not advised.

Hello Sir, I am doing lots of work at my home like all housewife activity. After this I do not feel hungry at all. In breakfast I usually drink milk and I rarely do breakfast. In lunch I use to eat 2 chapati with pulse and veges and after this I do not eat at all. I rarely eat at evening. Why I do not feel hungry. If their is anything you suggest so please suggest me. A balanced diet or a medicine which help me in eating the food. I married recently so please help me in becoming healthy.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate As per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this- 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and do few tests like (CBC with differential, Stool examinations, and ultrasound) to rule out other pathology. 2) Do take (2-HER tab)once a day for one month and it is an iron supplement and you need to take it regularly. Do follow - a) Take iron tablets on an empty stomach, However, because iron tablets can upset your stomach, you may need to take your iron tablets with meals. B) Don't take iron with antacids. Medications that immediately relieve heartburn symptoms can interfere with the absorption of iron. Take iron two hours before or four hours after you take antacids. C) Take iron tablets with vitamin C. Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron. So take your iron tablets with a glass of orange juice or with a vitamin C supplement. 3) Take stool softener (Cremaffin plus) at bedtime if you got constipation due to iron tabs. 4) Do take (Liv-52) syrup regularly to increase your appetite and help digestion. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this- 1) Do take foods rich in iron which include Red meat, Poultry, Seafood, Beans, Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots, Iron-fortified cereals, bread, and pasta. 2) Do take Vitamin C and it is found in Broccoli, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Leafy greens, Melons, Oranges, Peppers, Strawberries, Tangerines, and Tomatoes. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Consult a psychiatrist Your doctor will discuss your medical and sexual history with you. He or she will do a thorough physical exam. Your doctor may want to talk to your partner also. Premature ejaculation can have many causes. So your doctor may order lab tests to rule out any other medical problem. In many cases premature ejaculation gets better on its own over time. Treatment may not be needed. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, MASTURBATION IT the release of semen from your penis. Semen is made up of fluid and sperm. Many guys masturbate. In fact, one study of 15- and 16-year-olds found that 75% of boys said they masturbated. There are many myths IS ASORT OF SEXUAL PRACTICE NOT ONLY HUMANS BUT ALSO SEEN IN ANIMALS ALSO, IS PERFORMED When- you masturbate, you release sexual tension. You'll have what's called an ejaculation. Ejaculation is about masturbation. For example, some people say it will stunt your growth. But there is nothing wrong with doing it as long as it doesn't become a constant desire or get in the way of other things you want or need to do. See you r overdoing, means not normal. Its addiction not normal , try to control, by will power , make a schedule of masturbation first, stick to it.
