I am 20 year old and I do workout but I had a bad history of masturbation and now I am suffering from night fall how can I stop night fall can this problem effect my gain?

BHMS
Homeopath, Murshidabad
I am 20 year old and I do workout but I had a bad history of masturbation and now I am suffering from night fall how ...
Dear Lybrate User, First of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/Nocturnal Emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in metabolism & muscle growth. Daily Masturbation leads to a chronic decrease in the TESTOSTERONE production as a result of which the metabolism process of body becomes slow. This internal slow metabolism is externally manifested as muscle loss, weakness, fatigue etc. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that a person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation during sexual intercourse if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i.e. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. One of the common causes behind the loss of control of pelvic muscles is Digestive troubles. Slow digestion compels the blood to circulate around the organs of digestive system until the ingested food is fully broken down into soluble food molecules. Such circulation of blood around the digestive system for a prolonged period often results in sluggish circulation of blood around the other systems of human body. Sexual system is one of such system whose normal functioning gets disturbed due to impaired digestion. To get rid of nightfalls carry on the following medication as directed:- 1) 5 drops of Homoeopathic Dilution SELENIUM 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) Take 30 drops of Homoeopathic Mother Tincture SALIX NIGRA Q in a cup of water daily after lunch 3) Take 30 drops of Homeopathic Mother Tincture ACID PHOS Q in a cup of water daily after lunch Apart from medicines You could try a home therapy. Soak 5 grams of Fennel seeds (SNOUFF) & 5 grams of Rock Candy (MISRI) in a glass of water before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning drink the Snouf-Misri soaked water in empty stomach. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via Lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition. You can consult me privately through my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/baharampur/doctor/dr-prithviraj-singha-homeopath After opening that aforesaid URL, click on the CONSULT ONLINE option & As you pay the consultation fees, Lybrate will open a private chatbox through which you will be able to discuss your problems with me for the next 7 days.

4 Causes Of Metabolic Bone Disease!

4 Causes Of Metabolic Bone Disease!

Metabolic Bone Disease is a term used for various conditions of the bones that can be caused by a number of different disorders. Most of these disorders are developed due to nutritional deficiencies, defects in the bone metabolism procedure or due to hereditary defects in the skeletal structure. Conditions that fall under the category are osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, Paget's disease, parathyroid conditions, chemotherapy induced bone loss and menopause induced bone loss.

Causes of Metabolic Bone Diseases:

  1. Imbalance in the level of calcium : Too much calcium or too little calcium can cause bone diseases. While the overabundance of calcium (hypercalcemia) in the body will lead to calculi formation, which can be harmful for the body, the lack of calcium (hypocalcemia) causes weakness, bone pain and restricted growth.
  2. Deficiency of phosphorus: Low phosphorus in blood (hypophosphatemia) leads to softening of the bone tissue and bone loss. Osteomalacia is commonly caused by phosphorus deficiencies.
  3. Deficiency of Vitamin D: Vitamin D is essential for the body to absorb calcium. Cells called osteoblasts need vitamin D in order to absorb calcium and secrete the bone tissue proteins. A deficiency of vitamin D can lead to a number of metabolic bone diseases like rickets and osteoporosis.
  4. Over or under secretion of the parathyroid hormone:The parathyroid hormone (PTH) stimulates the secretion of an enzyme, which converts the inactive circulatory form of vitamin D into its active usable form. The hormone can also increase the circulation of free or ionized calcium (Ca2+), which is not attached to proteins. Both underproduction and overproduction of the hormone causes skeletal problems.

Symptoms of Metabolic Bone Diseases:

The symptoms of most of the Metabolic Bone Diseases are similar, such as

  1. A dull, throbbing pain in the bones is the most common symptom. The pain is frequent and lasts for a long amount of time, but unlike muscular pain, the exact region of bone pain cannot be specified.
  2. Severe joint pains accompanied by stiffness and swelling of the joints. The patient experience pain during regular physical activities, especially during cold weather conditions.
  3. Frequent fractures are caused by most bone diseases because the bone mineral density decreases drastically. Severe bone injury may be caused by mild trauma.
  4. Defects in the bones can cause bowed out legs and a bent backbone.
  5. A general feeling of exhaustion is often caused by bone diseases.
  6. Kidney stones are an associated complication of metabolic bone diseases.

Hives are treated by antihistamines. Antihistamines relieve symptoms like itching. Identify the cause of hives. If you develop hives accompanied by cough, nausea, difficult breathing, or a sharp fall in blood pressure, you need urgent medical treatment.

Effects of Parental Alienation Syndrome on Children

Post Graduate Diploma in Pyschology

Effects of Parental Alienation Syndrome on Children

In many cases; divorce and separation leads not only to bad blood between the parents, but also in a child alienating himself from one parent. Insulting or belittling one parent without justification or under pressure from the other parent is known as parental alienation syndrome. Parental alienation involves one parent undermining the other and interfering with the child’s relationship with the other parent by limiting contact with them, bad mouthing them, forbidding discussion about them etc. This can have a very negative effect on the child’s emotional state.

1. Self hatred: For children, hatred is not inborn, but developed by the situations they are in. By bad mouthing a parent and teaching the child to hate the parent, the child himself is harmed. With time, he begins to internalize this hatred and believe that there is something wrong with him that made the alienated parent not want him.

2. Low self esteem: When a child is not allowed to speak his mind and has to bottle up his thoughts, he becomes socially withdrawn. Often the child begins to feel that he is the cause for the rift in the family and makes himself responsible for the separation. This intensifies with time and makes the child lose confidence in himself leading to low self esteem.

3. Lack of trust: When a child is suddenly pulled away from one parent and told how that parent is not a ‘good person’ the child is likely to feel betrayed. This creates a sense of doubt in the child’s mind and makes it difficult for him to trust other people. As he grows up, this can affect his own adult relationships as well.

4. Depression: Depression is a commonly seen in children from broken homes and this is intensified in cases of parental alienation. It is rooted in the child’s feeling unloved by either one of the parents and built up by the separation. Not being given a chance to speak about their feelings or talk about the situation makes them more depressed and they begin to withdraw into themselves. In many cases, it is noted that alienated children have strained relationships with their own children as well.

5. Substance abuse: Depression is one of the most common triggers for substance abuse. Alienated children often feels trapped and that they have no outlet to vent their feelings and frustrations. This often makes them turn towards drugs for relief and can make them victims of substance abuse. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Dear Lybrate user, You need to modify your diet to fibre rich foods and take plenty of fluids. If you your stool soft then you piles may not increase and will reduce. Take laxatives for few days to soften your stools. Time of reduction depends upon how strongly you modify your diet. You can use pilorute and dobimust in this acute phase, it will work in reducing the edema. Inspite of all these for a month if your problem still continues then get it operated.

It is important that you follow the following advice: Firstly, don’t miss breakfast, lunch or dinner. ... Secondly, avoid aerated drinks, tea, and coffee. ... Also, include milk and diary products in your diet. ... Don’t remain hungry for long periods of time. ... Raise the head of your bed if symptoms interfere with sleep. If your bed allows for it, raise the head of it by 6 to 8 inches. Gravity will keep the acid in your stomach. Don't just pile up pillows, though. These tend to bend your neck and body in such a way that increases the pressure. It will make the hyperacidity worse Consider losing weight. Losing weight may reduce some of the pressure on your lower esophageal sphincter, keeping stomach acid from leaking through Eat smaller meals. Decrease the amount of food you eat at any one time. This may reduce the amount of stress and pressure on your stomach Homoeopathy is wonderful in treating such chronic, repetitive complaints More details like your family history, past history, thermals, thirst, desires aversions, attitudes is required to make a prescription especially in a chronic case such as yours. Consult in private with the above details. More questions may be asked if required.
