Start on with meditation atleast for 15-30 mins in a day that will help you. Do not try to stop the thoughts while meditating let them flow over a period of time you will get use to it.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take homoeopathic medicines 1.Lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 7 days 2.Alfalfa tonic (SBL) (1tbs) twice a day for 7 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Hello sir I was suffering from mild pain problem at the time of squeezing clothes only in my right wrist, but before 2-3 days I took part in bowling game with my friends since then I am feeling pain in my ring finger, as well as middle finger and the, are of pain is increasing towards my elbow when I lift a heavy thing, sir please let me know it is a serious problem? Well I think she is suffering from osteoarthritis, tell her to wear hinge knee cap, Xpose her joint in sun rays for 20-30 min in the morning, with this she needs proper homoeopathic treatment to cure, it is only curable by proper homoeopathic treatment.

Dear keep on changing your position frequently and do some stretching exercises after every 45minutes. Drink lots of water nowadys. Make sure your back is supported back of your seat. Avoid bending forward while sitting. Hope pain is not coming to your legs.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation. Piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.
