Try the following remedy it will surely help you take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. This will help with your concern.

I am pure vegetarian, even I don't eat onion and garlic. My weight used to be 50 kg to 55 kg but now I am 72 kg. I am 23 years old. I want to reduce it to 60 to 55 kg. I take too much stress and I also have migraine from 2 years and also my weight increased after migraine. But now I have less headache occurred only sometime. I do night shift job 4 pm to 2 am. Hello, I feel the underlying cause of obesity needs to be found. In your case it could be the stress. You work in night shifts which gives your body a lot of stress on a regular basis causing release of cortisol in the body on a regular basis. Cortisol hormone in itself leads to weight gain. You also need to check your thyroid levels to rule out hypothyroidism.

You should have 73 kg.Do regular exercise like yoga,push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Eat small amount of foods more frequently.Do not skip meals.Maintain a proper timing.Take skimmed milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplements.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No spicy foods.Use small amount of healthy fats in cooking.Take lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take fruits specially citrus fruits.Use extra refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat more protein in diet.Take nuts,seeds as snacks.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.These will be helpful.

You are on right track. Ideally concentrate on enjoyment than keeping watch over your clock. Do more foreplay keeping your thoughts away on some nonsexual part and when 10-15 minutes have passed, then concentrate on yourself. You would get charge in seconds and then do the intercourse. This is the technique. Learn it rest you would not require any drug or have to keep a watch over clock.

Hi, I suggest, first and foremost you figure out the allergen (s) that triggers your asthma. Dust, smoke, pollen, fungi, animal hair, insects, certain food items like wheat, egg, chocolates, flesh foods etc, cold/ hot air, stress, acidity et al are common allergens that might precipitate asthma and the triggers vary from person to person. Do you have any other triggers apart from dust-mites? so, once you identify all the right trigger (s), try your level best to avoid the same. Learning well & practicing yogasanas/ postures and breathing techniques/ pranayams help streamline/ regulate breathing patterns, and increase the airflow to the lungs, increases its air capacity, exercises the respiratory muscles etc, thereby improving the lung function overall. It also helps de-stress and relax thereby facilitating breathe easily, and properly. It is advisable to learn the techniques/ asanas from a trained person who can advise rightly in line with your medical conditions/ requirements. Hope this helps. Unlike what you see in porn, the average time for men during intercourse is 5-10 minutes, while the whole act from seduction to the end of actual intercourse may last around 30 minutes. Here are 11 things you should beware off, as they can kill your sex drive

If you clock anywhere below 3 minutes, you perhaps need help. You could try some of the things listed below:

1. Eat more veggies and fruits: Yes, studies have actually shown that men who are mostly vegetarian last much longer in bed than non-vegetarians. They have more stamina due to the nutrients they get from these fruits and veggies, especially potassium.

a. Eating a banana just before sex could help improve your performance as it contains potassium. It also supplies a good amount of glucose. Read more about health benefits of bananas.

b. Drinking amla or gooseberry juice everyday could help you last longer in bed and also improve sperm quality as it has a good amount of iron and zinc.

4. Reduce alcohol intake: Alcohol has a bad effect on your senses and you are not ‘fully’ in the moment. So, exerting control is out of question, isn’t it?

5. Work on your arms and abdominal muscles: Most of the sexual positions require the man to be on his hands and feet. This means his core has to be very strong in order to last longer. So, working on biceps, triceps and abs at the gym or body-weight exercises at home can help. Exercise also improves blood flow in general including to the penis and this could also help. 6. Try Kegels or pelvic floor exercises: These exercises are mostly used for gaining better bladder control, but also help in maintaining erections for longer. 7. Try biofeedback or ‘edging’: When you are almost there (during intercourse or masturbation), stop all sexual activity. Distract yourself for a bit. This way you can gain better control and extend sex time.

8. Try the squeeze technique: When you are almost about to orgasm, squeeze just below the head of the penis. This pushes the blood back from the penis giving you more time.

9. Focus more on foreplay and your woman: Sometimes, trying to get her to orgasm first with either your fingers or your mouth could help relieve your stress and help maintain your erection longer.

10. Get enough sleep: According to a research conducted by researchers from University of Chicago, men who got less than five hours of sleep at night had lower levels of testosterone. It is important that you get 7-8 hours of sleep to boost your sexual performance.

11. Try yoga: Certain yoga asanas like the cobra pose (bhujangasana), paschimotasana can increase blood flow to the genital area and increase the time you last in bed.

Dear Lybrateuser, -take an x-ray chest & also do echo -give her well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, wholegrains, avoid spicy, fried & junk food -she should drink 6-7 glasses of water a day -her heart rate if between 70-110 /min is ok, if more then consult a cardiologist.
