Viagra contains sildenafil citrate. It should never be used against a doctors advise. It should be avoided in patients having heart problems or diseases of blood vessels. It is also known to cause irreversible damages to blood vessels of eyes in some cases. Unless you have erectile dysfunction and your doctor advises you to take this, it is advisable not to use it on your own, forget the number of times of use.

Masturbation is natural and normal thing. It is done by 95% of the males in the world, mostly before marriage as well as when wife is away, in menses or pregnant after marriage. It is not at all harmful. Frequency of masturbation done by an individual varies from once a day to once a week. Occasional twice a day is also fine. It depends upon individual libido, wish and timing. It neither causes any weakness nor any problem in sexual activity.

I .Meal Planning

  • Eat smaller , more frequent meals
  • Control carbs
  • Ensure variety in diet - whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables daily
  • Limit fats - 3-4 tsp/day
  • Seasoning tips - use salt sparingly, avoid adding sugars.

II.Practical tips to make you meals healthier

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables- Except for few fruits like banana, mango, chickoo, jackfruit and grapes, and vegetables like potatoes,sweet potatoes , yam . ,both fruits and veggies are cornerstone of diabetes,- gives you vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Eat more whole grains- brown rice, ragi, bajra , jowar,wheat
Use healthy fats and oils- Choose- MUFA's - olive oil, canola oil , less often use PUFA- corn , sesame and safflower oil. Minimise SFA- high fat meat , dairy, coconut,
Choose heart healthy proteins- beans, peas and dals (good source of protein and fibre), Eat fish and shell fish 2-3times/weel, choose skinless, white chicken, nuts in moderation ( almonds , walnuts)
Select low fat dairy products- skim milk and its products like curd, paneer and low fat cheese

III.Healthy breakfast choices

  • An egg white omelette with a bran paratha and fruit wedges
  • Oats with low fat milk and spirinkling nuts and fruits

Urology is a branch of medicine that focuses on the diseases affecting the urinary tract system and male reproductive organs. Diet- 1. According to Ayurveda, the body comes down with anemia (low hemoglobin) when the Pitta is disturbed (combination of fire and water / related with digestion). The best way to cure pitta is to clear out the intestines. There are a few ways to do this: running down a glass of milk with water, boiling it and drinking it lukewarm before going to sleep or coconut juice on an empty stomach are very good. 2. Fresh juice of wheat grass twice daily is very beneficial. 3. Fresh carrot and red beetroot can be sliced and taken with lemon juice on it. 4. Take 100 ml of spinach juice for 4 weeks. 5. Just two grams daily of black seed could result in reduced fasting blood sugar levels, along with decreased insulin resistance, and increased beta-cell function in the pancreas. Do not's- Fried food and sour food like dry cottage cheese shouldn’t be consumed. Avoid tea and coffee. Tea and coffee shouldn’t be taken during meals and intake must be reduced as they decrease the absorption of iron. Note- Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. So if you are taking any medicines for increasing hemoglobin take it with lemon water. Add lemon in spinach juice, spinach sabji, beetroot juice etc. Yoga- Sarvangasana, SuryaNamaskar, Anulom-Vilom.

Yr symptoms show it as PE. Pls note most of the times premature ejaculation (PE) occurs due to speed. We tend to go fast and in the process the sperm comes out sooner that required. Maintain a low speed and keep on taking deep breathes (when you penetrate) and stop for 30 seconds if you feel like ejaculating. I would also suggest you to engage in some form of relaxation or yoga, to relieve your anxiety symptoms. Anxiety is another cause of PE. Engaging more in oral sex, without touching each others' genitals also helps in setting up the relaxation mode. Then you can go for penetration without much anxiety. Hyperhidrosis is defined as sweating beyond the physiological need of the body. The condition causes great emotional distress and occupational disability for the patient, regardless of the form. Sweating is a way by which the body regulates its temperature. Sweat is produced by sweat glands located in the skin in various parts of the body. These sweat glands have their highest concentrations in the palms of the hands. The activity of sweat glands is under the control of the sympathetic nervous system and is involuntary. Over activity of the sympathetic nervous system can cause excessive sweating. Sweating is a way by which the body regulates its temperature. Sweat is produced by sweat glands located in the skin in various parts of the body. These sweat glands have their highest concentrations in the palms of the hands. The activity of sweat glands is under the control of the sympathetic nervous system and is involuntary. Over activity of the sympathetic nervous system can cause excessive sweating. There is no medical cure for this condition. Although, numerous medications are available in the market, they at best help only the mildest forms of the disease. Removal of controlling nerves (ganglion) in the neck can cure Palmer Hyperhidrosis immediately. It had not gained much popularity till recently because of the need for Thoracotomy to be able to do removal of ganglion (cervical sympathectomy).
