Try to find out the cause of cough, infective, allergic, due to occupation or seasonal or environmental. Chronic cough could be TB also. If you can't find yourself then take the help of some physician around you. Then only it can be treated properly.

How to reduce pore from my nose? My age is 24 in my noise small pore how to reduce it.
Using Dot silicone gel or toical retinoid cream (Retin A cream) is good to remove this pores. You can also go for masks. Pappaya masks are good for this. You can use this twice weekly. Also avoid sun exposure on face or use sunscreen. Taking vitamin E and C supplements , drinking more plain water also helps in regeneration of skin faster.

Relax. Drink more water. You had sex during your most unsafe days. It is better to use condoms in the middle of your cycles.

Hi everyone, my son is 10 month old (weight 9 kg) he is having good cough and cold which syrup should I use.
Hello Raju.. First let me tell you that please don't give any over the counter medicine.. as the children are very delicate and only give medicine after proper consultation... otherwise simple cough and cold won't take time to turn into a pneumonia or similar serious sickness... I am not trying to frighten you but I seriously feel that children case should be taken very seriously... So better consult for homoeopathic treatment...

How can we understand that we are doing over masturbation? I masturbate hardly 3 times a month. Please help doctor. T...
Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behavior and instill fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behavior). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Compulsive masturbation is when a person continues with frequent masturbation neglecting his/ her other work like education, job or social obligations. In fact masturbation reduces the sexual tension and helps focus on task at hand better.

What is Plantar Fasciitis And its Causes?

Senior Registrar/ Research Associate, MS - Orthopaedics, MBBS, MCh. Orthopedics
Orthopedist, Ghaziabad

Plantar Fasciitis is a disorder that results in pain in the heel and bottom of the foot. The pain is usually most severe with the first steps of the day or following a period of rest. The condition typically comes on slowly. In about a third of people both legs are affected.

Risk factors for plantar fasciitis include overuse such as from long periods of standing, an increase in exercise, and obesity. It is also associated with inward rolling of the foot and a lifestyle that involves little exercise. While heel spurs are frequently found it is unclear if they have a role in causing the condition. Plantar fasciitis is a disorder of the insertion site of the ligament on the bone characterized by micro tears, breakdown of collagen, and scarring. The diagnosis is typically based on signs and symptoms with ultrasound sometimes used to help. Other conditions with similar symptoms include osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, heel pad syndrome, and reactive arthritis.

I am 21 years old and I am suffering from cold from last 9 days now. I have taken a couple of cough syrups but the cough is still there. What shall I do now.

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Hi, a large number of cough syrups are available but you should take different ones for dry cough and productive cough pls explain your nature of cough- is it dry or there is expectoration. Baksons- kofaid is good for dry cough and kofaid plus is good for productive cough you can try either according to your nature of cough for a wk, and revert for follow up.

Your glucose levels are well above the normal range- qualifying you as a diabetic. Unfortunately, diabetic symptoms are not standardised and not all patients suffer from the symptoms. The most important information for diagnosis is the glucose level which you have just shared here. Hence, without any doubt- please plan your further treatment for diabetes.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or more may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used in children during a viral illness. -Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and donot overdress. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause dehydration.Drink plenty of fluids.Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water especially before meals, or after returning from a public places or using public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly
