Mr.Manuel,Its not at all a problem.. but just its an attitude.. Everybody will have their own individual peculiarities..No two people are alike.Just like that u also. But, U can try gradually on ur own. If any inhibitions u have to mingle like looking wise/ht wise/wt wise... just ignore it.Here ur big asset& +point u have is good in studies.. which can help u to build confidence levels in u to mingle with others.. to keep u at high place in group. So, keep proceed in that way in curricular activities... Try to explain if anybody has any doubts.. related subjects wise.. which will make u good among others& make u feel confident.

I am 23 year old male and have backache for last 2 months. I have used pain relief ointment cream for couple of days but haven't got any relief. What should I do now?

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

These nodes are growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin called Lipoma.. Lipomas aren't cancer and don't turn into cancer. They are found most often on the torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but they can occur almost anywhere in the body. One or more lipomas may be present at the same time. Lipomas are the most common noncancerous soft tissue growth. The cause of lipomas is not completely understood, but the tendency to develop them is inherited. A minor injury may trigger the growth. Being overweight does not cause lipomas. Lipomas usually are small [0.4 in. (1 cm) to 1.2 in. (3 cm)] and felt just under the skin. Are movable and have a soft, rubbery consistency. Do not cause pain. Remain the same size over years or grow very slowly. Often the most bothersome symptom is the location or increased size that makes the lipoma noticeable by others. Being a homoeopath i will suggest you to go for homoeoapthic treatment if these are increasing on regular basis or are painful. In allopathic system there is only surgical removal but the question is how many surgeries one should undergo as these are multiple in number. So I will recommend you to go for homoeopathic medicine.Consult me with full history of your problem.

MSc
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Chandigarh
Hi lybrate-user A balanced, nutritious diet and weight loss exercises are natural ways to lose weight. In this article, we go beyond the usual tips for weight loss – that is diet foods plans and weight loss exercises, and help you understand how your body must function for successful weight loss. 1. Balancing hormones: Our hormones control us, be it our moods or our body weight. Any hormonal imbalance existing in our body affects body weight. Hormones like thyroxin, estrogen and insulin make a powerful impression on our sense of well-being. What you choose to eat has a powerful effect on these hormones which in turn affect your body weight. Subtle nutrient deficiencies arising out of eating nutrient-depleted foods affect the functioning of the thyroid gland, affect the menstrual cycle and also affect insulin, thereby bringing about fluctuations in blood sugar levels, hypothyroidism and dysmenorrheal. If insulin levels are unbalanced, weight loss can be difficult if not impossible. The best weight loss diet is a diet that keeps all the nutrient deficiencies in check and results in proper functioning of different hormone producing glands. Remember, that losing weight is more complex than just cutting down on fat and sugar intake. Although this strategy may help initially, it will not help correct the nutritional deficiencies and hormonal imbalances, which have resulted primarily from incorrect eating. Good health cannot be achieved by a process of deprivation and elimination. You have to nourish the body to remove the deficiencies and correct the imbalances. This will help improve metabolism and you can actually eat more of diet foods and at the same time lose weight. Only the best weight loss diet foods will strike the right hormonal balance in you. 2. Body detoxification: Detoxify your bodyorgans namely, liver, colon, kidneys, blood and lungs with the help of herbs and nutritional supplements. Detoxification which is a natural process that occurs in the body 24 hours every day, can be boosted through positive lifestyle choices like enhanced nutrition from diet foods, weight loss exercises, limiting toxic exposures, and stress reduction. 3. Rejuvenate the organs which have become sluggish due to toxic overload. Nourish every cell in the body by using vitamins, minerals, raw vegetable juices and nutrient- dense food supplements, so that metabolic activity is boosted and the body begins to function at its optimum capacity like a serviced car. One of the most natural ways to lose weight is through increased metabolism. 4. Follow a sensible diet food plan that matches your body chemistry along with an exercise plan. The most effective tips for weight loss are that which helps in bringing the body in a state of balance, so the body starts shedding weight with ease. The procedure described above helps correct hormonal imbalances, improves digestion and assimilation and boosts immunity, thereby revving up energy levels. This should be the goal of any health oriented or healthy weight loss program: to decrease body weight and increase energy and immunity levels at the same time. When there is an imbalance in the body it cannot function optimally, and weight loss becomes progressively difficult. The detoxification program should be coupled with a sensible diet and exercise plan to promote healthy weight loss. The secret to weight loss is a fair amount of discipline and a transition from junk to non-junk foods.

I m 26 years old and I have been suffering from high fever and headache please suggest me what can I do to free from this.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Recommend me by clicking on recommend option and leave feedback.
