Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for long time.

Hello. As homoeopathy has wide range of medication, will need a detailed history of yours in regard to your nature, behaviour, likings, disliking, thermal reaction, appetite, thirst, etc. Management: increase your iron intake. The best sources of iron come from animal products - mainly red meat. However, we get a good proportion of iron from non-animal sources too. Iron sources include: red meat and offal - eg, beef, lamb, pork, kidneys, liver, heart, black pudding (note pregnant women should avoid liver). Fish and shellfish. Eggs. Cereal and cereal products. Nuts and seeds - eg, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, pecans, walnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts. Green leafy vegetables - eg, broccoli, spinach, watercress, kale. Beans and pulses - eg, baked beans, peas, lentils, chickpeas, black-eyed beans, kidney beans. Dried fruit - eg, raisins, apricots, prunes, currants, figs. Miscellaneous - eg, plain (dark) chocolate, cocoa powder, mango chutney. Meantime, prescribing you patent medicine - schwabe's millefolium pentarkan and biocombination- 1 - both thrice daily for a month. Revert me back after a month. Take care!

If you got your withdrawal period after I pill you are not pregnant. In case of doubt you can always do urine pregnancy test. If white vaginal discharge is not associated with other complaints, nothing to do.
