I am Suffering from Femoral nerve damage from last 4 years in the right leg .My brother hitted me on the leg 4-5 times I started developing pain and I started losing muscle in the right of my body .and since then I have muscle atrophy on my right side of body and pain in right leg And pain in back since then. I had exercised a lot just the pain seems to be low but not gaining muscles at all. What should I do I am worried.

U can near a neuron sergen he give you medicine 5 -7 day you do some days fully rest then you can taken physiotherapy, a physiotherapist give you heating paid, us, tenc & some exercise also do your problem because long time drive so it goen but some take time like 1 month & more either 20 days also pain remove but you don't take tenc, live care fully & be happy OK.

Hi Doctor, I am feeling minor pain in left chest and same ways in the back also. I feel acidity all day. Most of the time I feel pain on my upper back Left side. It feel better if I take back rest or lay down on my back. This pain is minor but all day it is bothering me a lot.

Painin epigastric region is a common in many people. Improper food habits, its digestion etc. Is the major cause. All masala,-spicy and hot & junk foods irritates the stomachmucosa leads to increased production of HCI. Which in turn causes flatulence and gasformation pushes the upper parts causing pain. Irregular diet habits, drugs, stimulants, AnXiety, stress. Etc also causes Acidity, MagPhos6x3-3-3 three times a day, will get immediate relief from taking it with hot water.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

You have to reduce the weight by walking minimum 3-4 kms per day. Slowly reduce the weight and slowly avoid adding salt in the diet which will help you to prevent water retention in the body. Excess salt in general leads to water retention in the body which might be the reason for you legs to pain. Body pain ie. Any pain in the thighs or legs might be due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain.

Hi lybrate user legs pain can be decrease by exercises regularly start with light exercises of legs two times a day 15-20 repetition once your exercise routine maintained do three times a day with gradually increase exs. Mri is scanning test it's important and useful for doctor only not for you. You just focus on your problem related to your age, less physical activity, renal problem, anemia or secondary causes etc. Try to relax it.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT can give you some relief . -A physical therapist can do detail assessment what causing you pain and tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

Coccydynia is a tail bone pain at coccyx region well hot and cold therapy thrice a day along with ultrasound and tens help a lot, complet rest ,avoid agrravated activities and long sitting. Some stretching exerciese also help you, so contact physiotherapist for more detaill.
