You should get a colonoscopy (internal check up of the large intestines by a telescope) and a CT scan of the abdomen for further evaluation. Mesenteric lymph nodes are glands near the root of the intestines and may get enlarged due to several reasons - some trivial infections or more serious causes like tuberculosis & cancer. Get yourself investigated.

Sir I am 24 years old. I had undergone a hernia surgery in Mar 2011. After it hernia disappeared and hydrocele appeared. But it is not painful. For the last 6 years its size is same. Should I go for a surgery or it can be left same. Please suggest me sir. What consequences will I face if it will be left untreated.

Firstly, it may or may not be a consequence of the hernia surgery. Secondly since it is asymptomatic for 6 years, it can be left alone. No problems getting an ultrasonography done.

Some soddening of nipple does occur off & on while feeding a baby. Observe proper breast hygiene, before & after the feed. Keep the nipple dry. You may apply some soothing cream after the feed (to be removed with clean water before the next feed). Avoid rough handling of the nipple. If these measures don't work, consult a general surgeon.

Generally your symptoms are suggestive of fibroadenosis. This is a harmless condition related to hormonal activity at this age. All that you need is a good breast support (a tight bra or sometimes even a crepe bandage around the chest). Medicines are generally not recommended unless it is very troublesome. If breast support doesn't help in 3-4 days, consult a general surgeon. Occasionally a fine needle biopsy or ultrasound / mammography may be required.

Suffering from anal pain. There are some extra skin type things around anus. Pain increase when passing stool. What should I do?

This may be due to piles or fissure, with some degree of constipation. I would suggest some general measures like 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Antiworm tablets (eg zentel) once a week for 4-6 weeks 8. Apply some oil or cream on the skin around the anal verge with gentle massage, once or twice a day 9. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon to rule out specific conditions.
