My wife got a strain in her hand. Hence she requires pain killer pill to overcome the pain. But as she is giving breast feeding to our 4 months baby boy which pain killer should be suitable for her? I heard that diclofenac, ibrofenace and nimesulide are harmful pain killers. So shall I give her aceclofenac with paracetamol? I do not want any medicine that will effect her breastfeeding. Please advice. Thanks and regards.

Paracetamol is the safest painkiller, but diclofenac and ibuprofen can be given to lactating mothers as 6% of maternal dose passes into milk.

You should have your ultrasonography done. During 1st 3 months of pregnancy, ultrasonography once is needed. Usually mild pain in abdomen is normal in 1st 3 months of pregnancy. But ultrasonography will reveal if any problem.

Hi there ~ what your child may be experiencing is a normal personality which is taking root currently. Some children are extrovert and some are introvert and this takes shape with time. Your child's behavior with other children might indicate the extroversion characteristics that your child may be having. If you believe something is abnormal however, please consult with a child psychologist. Hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!

Hi user, the following remedies can help you in treating the problem of dandruff and give you healthy shiny hair. 1. You can apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp as it is extremely effective for treating fungal infections such as dandruff. 2. Applying mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage, finish the process by giving hot water fomentation. Mahabhringraj is a herbal oil used for treatment of hair related problems. 3. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. You can take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean, egg white and pulses and avoid foods that are junk, fried, spicy or fermented. It is also advisable to avoid tea and coffee. 4.
