It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

पीठ के निचले भाग में दर्द एक बहुत आम समस्या है. अलग-अलग व्यक्तियों में ये विभिन्न प्रकार से पाया जाता है. इसमें प्रभावित क्षेत्र में अकड़न, जलन या फिर टाँगों और और नितंब के क्षेत्र की तरफ बहुत तीक्ष्ण रूप का दर्द भी हो सकता है. बहुत से लोगों में इस दर्द की वजह से उनके दैनिक कार्य में बाधा उत्पन्न हो जाती है. अनेक कार्यों को करने में उसे रूचि नही रहती और जीवन के अनेक कार्यों में से प्रसन्नता चली जाती है. वैसे तो यह समस्या अधिक तौर से 45-64 वर्षा के महुष्यों में पाई जाती है परंतु अब बढ़े हुए तनाव और अनियमित जीवनचर्या की वजह से जवान लोगों में भी यह समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाती है. मज़े की बात यह है जिन्हें यह समस्या शुरू होती है, ज़्यादातर लोगों में 1.5 से 3 महीने में स्वतः ही ठीक हो जाती है. परंतु गत 5 प्रतिशत लोग ऐसे भी हैं जिनमें यह समस्या नसों के प्रभावित हो जाने के कारण बनी रहती है.

मुख्यतः यह समस्या रीढ़ की हड्डी को झुकाकर बैठने अथवा ग़लत तरीके से उठने बैठने से होती है. यदि व्यक्ति कमर सीधी करके बैठे तो उसे मांसपेशियों, हड्डियों और आंतरिक अंगों पर दबाव भी नही पड़ता और व्यक्ति स्वस्थ भी रहता है.
यह समस्या हड्डियों की कमज़ोरी की परिचायक भी हो सकती है.
लिगमेंट में मोच अथवा इसके ग़लत रूप से मूड़ जाने के कारण भी यह समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है.
स्त्रीयो में फिबरोमयलगिया की समस्या से या फिर एस्टरोगेन की कमी से भी यह तकलीफ़ हो जाती है.
गर्भाशय में ट्यूमर या रसोली से भी कटी में दर्द हो सकता है.
बिल्कुल भी व्यायाम ना करने से अथवा ग़लत तरीके से योगाभ्यास अथवा व्यायाम करने से भी पीठ में दर्द उत्पन्न हो जातआ है.
बहुत कम या बहुत अधिक वज़न के शरीर में भी यह समस्या उत्पन्न होती है.

इस स्थिति में बहुत कुशल योगाचार्य से एवं उनके निरीक्षण में ही कुछ ख़ास प्रकार के आसनों का अभ्यास करना चाहिए. बैक बेंडिंग (back-bending) के आसन जैसे भुजंगासन, शलभासन, मकरासन, गरुड़ासन, मार्जरि का अभ्यास लाभदायक है.
आसन करते समय प्रभावित क्षेत्र में ध्यान अवश्य दें और यह समझना चाहिए की प्रभावित क्षेत्र में प्राण उर्जा का संचार हो रहा है. इस प्रकार धारणा करने से दोगुना लाभ मिलता है.
वीरासन में बैठने का अभ्यास भी अत्यंत हितकारी है. इससे कमर की मांसपेशियाँ मजबूत हो जाती ही और कमर सीधी रखने का अभ्यास बनता है. स्वयं को तनाव रहित करना सबसे अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है.
कटीग्राहम का आयुर्वेदिक उपचार (ayurvedic treatment of back-ache)

इस समस्या के निवारण के लिए वैसे तो आंतरिक और बाहिय दोनो हो उपचार किए जाते हैं.

अष्ठवर्ग औषधि का सेवन इस समस्या में किया जाता है,
साथ ही साथ अभ्यंग और बस्ती करना इसमें बहुत लाभदायक है. नियमित रूप से विरेचन भी करना चाहिए.


कमर दर्द में उपयोगी घरेलू नुस्खे 

नाश्ते में अखरोट और अलसी का 1-1 चम्मच दूध के साथ सेवन कीजिए.
इससे हड्डियाँ मजबूत होती हैं. सर्दियों में तिल का एक चम्मच खा सकते हैं.
रात्रि को 60 ग्राम गेहूँ भिगो कर रखें. प्रातः काल इसमें 2 चम्मच धनिया और 2 चम्मच खसखस पाउडर मिलाइए. इसका पेस्ट बनाएँ और इसी 250 मिलीलीटर दूध में मिलकर 15-20 मिनट पकाएँ. हल्का गर्म होने पर इसका सेवन कर लीजिए.
वात को बढ़ाने वाले भोजन का त्याग करें. महनारायण तेल से प्रभावित क्षेत्र में हल्की मालिश रोज़ रात्रि के समय करें.
आप लहसुन का तेल बनाकर भी उसका प्रयोग कर सकते हैं. 50 मिलीलीटर नारियल या तिल के तेल में 8-10 लौंग लहसुन के डालें. अब इन्हें हल्का जल जाने तक भूने. इस तेल अब प्रभावित क्षेत्र में हल्की मालिश करे

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. In next consultation do share investigation reports if you have any.

Fracture is a medical emergency.It can't be treated on line. Kindly go to a hospital. For pain you may take : Paracetamol 250 mg SOS.

My question is how do I get rid of pain which starts from side of the knee till thigh and groin sm time my pelvic starts paining if walk for a longer stretch .This pain started eight months ago showed to orthopedic got my knee and pelvic X-ray as well as MRI.In MRI there is a degeneration of mass on the pelvic bone according to the report. So Dr. gave me heaps of pain killers but nothing happened .can you pl suggest what should I do .I am really upset .pl reply. Thanks in anticipation.

My father fell on road, orthopaedic has recommended for MRI scan at right hand elbow, impression is distal triceps injury-complete tear/ avulsion of posterior component of triceps tendon, doctor advising for surgery on urgent basis, is it necessary? Hello, as per the MRI report it's a complete tear of the tendon .So he will need a surgery. The only complication expected is stiffness of the elbow after immobilisation after surgery. But it can be easily solved with good physiotherapy when the surgeon calls for it.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Uniflexin and collagen supplements, help delay your osteoarthritis to advance. But along with them you need to do regular exercise, reduce weight, avoid cross legged sitting, avoid stair climbing. There is nothing to cure osteoarthritis, these measures will help delay advancement of oa.

Take hot water with sea salt mixed in it. Ask him to dip his affected hand in it and do active finger movement within pain limit. He can also do activities like soft ball pressing.

That indicates lack of exercise. You need to start doing exercise. Not any sort of Gym or heavy work out. But simple yoga exercise will help you. Bhujangasana and patangasana will help you. You can see them on YouTube. Apply luke warm Mahanarayan taila before doing exercise and after doing exercise take a warm water bath. Do it for minimum 7 days if doesn’t help then only think of internal medicines.

Causes and Treatment for Frozen Shoulder

Adhesive capsulitis is the medical term for a frozen shoulder, which can be caused due to a variety of reasons. Scar tissues can grow in the shoulder joint when the said joint becomes thicker. This development keeps the shoulder from rotating in a normal manner, which can lead to a frozen shoulder. The most common symptoms of this condition include severe pain and stiffness as well as inflammation. Here are the causes and ways to treat this condition.

Causes: A frozen shoulder can be caused due to a sports injury as well as an accident. Also, a hormonal imbalance can cause this condition. A weak immune system may cause inflammation in various joints of the body, which makes motion difficult. Also, diabetes can give rise to a frozen shoulder as a side effect. If you have a sedentary lifestyle and do not exercise often enough, or have just been through surgery which has led to a prolonged period of inactivity, then you can be prone to this condition. Surgery will also leave your tissue and adhesions sensitive to inflammation. Scar tissue may end up forming in very extreme cases, over a period of at least nine months. This can limit your motion.

Risk Factors: Besides diabetes, hormonal changes and inactivity, people who have been through a stroke or surgery are most susceptible to this condition. Also, patients who are suffering from thyroid disorders can end up developing a frozen shoulder too.

Physical Therapy: One of the most recommended ways to deal with this condition is with physical therapy. This kind of therapy will help you in stretching your shoulder so that you get back some motion over a period of time. This process can take anywhere between a few weeks to a few months, depending on the severity of your condition. You must ask your doctor about other treatment options if this kind of therapy does not show results even after six months of intense and regular practice. Physical therapy can also be practiced at home, once you have learnt the technique from a physiotherapist.

Medication: One of the other ways to deal with a frozen shoulder is with the help of medication. Anti-inflammatory and pain relieving medicines can soothe the discomfort. These include aspirin, ibuprofen, as well as naproxen sodium. Also, if you are undergoing a lot of pain, the doctor can administer a steroid injection in the shoulder joint.

Surgery: If medication and physical therapy do not help in treating the condition effectively, then one can go in for an arthroscopic surgery to remove the scar tissue with a small incision and other kinds of surgery for breaking the adhesions as well. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Orthopedist.

If a diabetic smokes excessivelly it is not good for his health. My advice to you is please stop smoking and get your vit D3 test done if low, consult a Physician who will llll advise you suppliment and diet rich in vit D.Massage is good for health and it doesnot matter which oil should be used.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture.
