My hand shake sometime. May be due to drinks or some other problem. My left hand shake more then my right one. Please advice me what to do. My drinks are not regular its? two days in a week.

Hand tremors are one of the important sign of alcohol withdrawal. You should also look for other signs of withdrawal like, excessive sweating, increased heart rate, difficulty in getting sleep, restlessness, anxiety, nausea, poor appetite etc. If others signs are also present then you must consider stopping your drinking habit. Help of psychitrist may be required in quitting alcohol. If only hand tremors are there, consult a neurologist.
