After your periods on 28 may you had sex on 07 june, ie 11th day of the cycle. You get regular periods on 28th every month, so this time on 28 june also you are expecting it. Now 14 june would have been your ovulation day, the day you got early periods. That lasted 3 days. It is very unlikely to be pregnancy. The ipill caused the early period. Still this time you may not get the cycle on 28 june, due to the ipill. I'd it is delayed beyond 5 july, so pregnancy test. If that is negative then you have nothing to worry. Just let the period come on it's own.

Wait for cycle and chances of getting pregnant are almost nil but take care about other days of the cycle. Abstinence is suggested so that there's no need to take emergency medicine which is loaded with hormones which can lead to abnormal hormonal imbalances and irregular periods. If periods are missed, confirm pregnancy by urine test and get back here with reports for more guidance.

Hello doctor, I have a doubt, Is first dnc leads to infertility or create any problem to getting pregnant for second time.. Please clarify my doubt..

Hello doctor, I have a doubt, Is first dnc leads to infertility or create any problem to getting pregnant for second ...
Probably not. However, in rare cases, multiple d&c can cause scarring at the top of the cervix or inside the uterus. It is indeed likely that following an abortion the main risk to fertility is the development of pelvic inflammatory disease (pid), which is an inflammation uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries. Any use of instruments on the cervix, such as during a d&c, can lead to a greater spread of these organisms and, therefore, the risk of pid.

Causes for a Visit to Your Gynae

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS

Causes for a Visit to Your Gynae

In India, statistics reveal that more than 92% of women suffer from gynaecological problems. These doctors usually deal with problems relating to all the organs of the reproductive system and issues faced while having a baby.

The most common causes to visit to your gynae are enlisted below:

  1. Menstrual irregularities: The menstrual health of any person is directly related to the overall health of that person. Ideally speaking, your menstrual cycle should have a regular and constant pattern. The common signs of having menstrual irregularities are periods lasting for more than 7 days, abrupt delay in the occurrence of periods, having extremely heavy or light bleeding during periods, missing a period, and such other issues.
  2. Painful sex: Most women feel that it is normal to feel a little bit of pain in your vagina during sex. However, the truth is that pain during sex is not at all normal. If you feel pain while indulging in sexual activity, there are chances of you suffering from either vaginal dryness or a mild infection, which if left untreated can become worse. Some of these infections can even be STDs such as herpes, gonorrhoea etc.
  3. General well-being: Gynecologists also take care of your overall vaginal health. It is very essential to have a healthy vagina for women, to ensure that it may not cause further health complications. Additionally, you may also visit gynecologists if you have breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer or if you are experiencing symptoms of menopause.
  4. Itchy vagina: Vaginal itching is very commonly ignored as most women consider it to be embarrassing, and as something that does not require any attention. However vaginal itching may be an indication of something more serious. Usually vaginal itching is a sign of fungal infection or a symptom of a sexually transmitted disease. In the worst-case scenario, it can even be a sign of vulvar cancer (a cancer of the vulva, which is the external part of your vagina).
