Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the waist. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. More prone to get pain the waist. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to waist / hip pain. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

I am suffering heavy gastric and constipation regularly each and every day my stomach bloat like balloon for always and stomach not clearing early morning on toilet this disease happened about to last 5/6 year. Dear Lybrate User, *drink plenty of water everyday and consume lot of raw vegeables like radish cucumber, carrot, onions. Etc daily along with your food and eat one ripe big banana at bed time and drink a glass of warm milk with a spoon of ghee which helps to relieve constipation. *For problem of flatulence and acidity you should have a look on your diet pattern. Avoid oily and spicy food, fast food and junk food. Take diet easy to digest. Take fibrous diet ,salads, green leafy vegetable and fruits to avoid constipation. Do not sleep in the day time and have a walk after dinner.

so far the stomach problems are concern one should get dewarming done at least once a year if not six monthly to get bread of the infestation of intestinal parasites like hook warms, round warms, tape warms it is a single dose medication like albendazole or mebendazole. so get it done.and to avoid hyperacidity you have regular mea l at regular intervals have lots of water by mouth. go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. lead a healthy lifestyle. avoid alcohol,junk food. then you can maintain your healthy.

How do I get rid of stomach bloating? Its really embarrassing. I do exercise but I think I lack some things. Kindly guide.

Is there problem of acidity indigestion etc. This has to be attended. Proper diet in a controlled manne. Small but more frequent meals. Avoid oily food. More of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits. Chalk out daily light exercise planned and advised by a trained guide as a routine will bring tone in abdominal muscles. Patience is necessary
