Take high fiber low fat diet. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups to reduce belly fat. Take walk. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.

You have to make a balance between diet and exercise .Also rule out any medical issues by doing a blood test that tests Hba1c ,thyroid arc and get back with reports. Also for a start stop taking sugar in any form. Eat less carbs in dinner and do 40 mins activity daily. Sleep for 8 hours. No junk or fried food.

I am of 22 years and 5'2" tall with 55 KGS weight. I look good but I have belly fat. If I eat less food, I feel weak and if I eat regularly as always, my belly fat is shown. I exercise for 30 minutes per day but still have belly fat. What to do? I can't do dieting and reduce food. If I eat less, I faint often.

We can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners.
