Hi, i'm 27 years old .married 3 months back. I had a problem of vaginal white discharge from the few months. Hello, you should get a vaginal swab culture done to rule out mixed vaginosis, both fungal and bacterial infection. If confirmed then you should seek treatment soon.

For thick and strong hairs follow these instructions & methods: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Drink a glass of carrot juice daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. Massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and make hair thick. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Plenty of liquid, simple food. Oflox oz tablets twice a day after food for two days and omez d capsuel once in morning for 2-3 days. If no relief within a day see a general physician for treatment.

Can metrogyl gel USP 2% be used to cure tongue ulcer. Because after its application I feel a bit sluggish and can stand the gel on my tongue.

You need a specific diet and exercise planned for you. As you are 180 cm in height you can build a good body by exercises planned for each part, gym will help you. If you want a specific diet plan ask me privately mentioning veg or non veg.

Hi I am an 55 year old man and I have done ptca to rca (ira) 0n 19/01/2015 with stenting 95% stenosed (a drug eluting stent [ xience prime] 3.0 x 38 mm. Was deployed at 14 atm. Pressure with very good result and timi-3 flow. I have another blockage of 80% in another lca now what should I eat and drink (red wine or not). And what kind of exercises I can do.

Hi went through your query. 1. Exercise: start with casual walking at a pace comfortable to you. Do not over exert yourself. After 2 weeks of casual walking slightly increase the pace and keep increasing the pace slightly every 2 weeks. Do daily exercise for at least 30 minutes. Diet: you have not mentioned whether you are hypertensive or diabetic. Assuming you are not I shall advise you the following diet. -- morning after you get up drink at least 1 litre of water (you can add lemon to it) -- try taking green tea/ lemon tea instead on tea or coffee. -- have a satisfying breakfast, let the food be cooked in olive oil or sunflower oil. --- have a light lunch/dinner, increase the intake of vegetables and fruits. Do not go to bed/sleep immediately after lunch/dineer -- avoid non veg food. -- avoid junk food, carbonated drinks, cheese, butter, ghee. -- if you are a regular alcohol consumer only then you substitute whisky/rum/brandy to red wine, but if you are not regular alcohol consumer then no need to take red wine regularly (neither whisky/rum:))

Hi lybrate-user, please explain me more about this phobias. These phobias are easily treatable with homeopathy. The sooner you start the treatment the better it will be. Because such phobias work upon the subconscious mind and if one delays too much is one lives with it and starts taking them as a reality and then it becomes difficult to cure.

Hello, use perlice solution on clean and towel dried scalp and hair after head bath with any regular shampoo. Keep it for 15 min and then rinse off with water. Repeat perlice application after 15 days. Please read instructions on the perlice box for further understanding before application.

Hello dear patient. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

You need to take a balanced diet. Do exercise. Eat fat burner foods. Eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. Follow a low calorie balanced diet. Eat low calorie foods. Eat more vegetables n fruits. Eat 4 ltrs water. Eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. Eat pomegranate /day if you want really lose weight. Aviod fast foods. Use rice bran oil o doctor'choice company 15-20 ml/day.

Diet and exercise is the ultimate way to weight loss. Try eating at frequent intervals of 2 1/2 to 3 hours as too much time gap will lead to overeating and weight gain. Try using steps and do not sit for more than half hour at a place, take a quick round in office as this will increase your metabolism.
