You have probable accidentally bruised it. Use cold packs for foamentation. If complains persist meet an orthopedician.

Hello, what you might be having is likely a weakness of back muscles and upper shoulder, and less likely and more sinister things like cervical spine disease. I would suggest you see someone in person. Till then I would suggest do pushups, only if you are comfortable in doing, do 10 pushups morning evenings.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Posture care, physiotherapy, spine exercises, hot fomentation, avoid forward bending and lifting weights. Take pain killer on sos basis. These are the must do's. Depending on severity of disease, you may benefit with above treatment. In more serious cases, injections (epidural, nerve root block, etc) or endoscopic disc removal may be needed, and this can be decided only once you have been examined personally.

I get leg pain when I walk or stand continuously for some time. Is it normal for my age or I must take calcium. Over the years I have seen this problem is increased. I don't take any pain medication for the problem. It disappears when I get rest for some time.

It is symptom of spine pathology called lumbar canal stenosis. You will need x rays. Clinical examination. Some medicines will help.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. Avoid runnning for a few days. Avoid lifting any heavy weights.

It's always good to have a cray for a good diagnosis, but you can focus on isometric exercises of your back and strengthning of core muscles for pain you can use hot pack to reduce pain and if pain is too much you can use lumber belt

Dear Lybrate User, 1) Wear an arch or insole for flat foot. 2) Get Calcium, Vitamin D tested and try physiotherapy (esp ultrasonic therapy) Physiotherapy might help in both the conditions or issues. Focus more on strengthening and stretching exercises of foot and ankle. Hope this will help!

Hye, Thanks for the query. Most often loss of bone density or loss of bone health is due to deficiency of nutrients and wrong eating habits. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels and definitely deficiency of major nutrients. . Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Include cereals like ragi, seeds like sesame, coconut and pulses like rajma, chana ,sprouts in your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and avoid aerated drinks. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week. This is essential for bone health.

Hi, behcets syndrome is a disease which is treated by multiple doctors. As far as oral ulcers are concerned a dentist can help you in this thing.
