Hi, the location and the description given by you is pointing towards'milia' milia are small white bumps that form on the face when dead skin cells get trapped beneath the skin's surface, forming small, hard cysts as a result. While milia can occur at any age, it is most commonly seen with infants. Roughly half of all babies experience some form of milia. Milia will disappear without treatment. Management: -regular cleansing is an important step in treating milia at any age. Pat your face dry gently using a clean, soft towel. -go for an exfoliating moisturizer or a targeted exfoliating product. -use a targeted retinol lotion and apply it directly to the area of your skin affected by the milia. -protect your skin from the sun. -avoid heavy cosmetics or creams. -resist the temptation to scratch them away. Milia will disappear on their own in a few weeks and should not cause any discomfort or pain. Home-remedies: -mix the sugar, honey, jojoba oil and vanilla in a small bowl. Add oatmeal to the mixture and stir until the compound becomes a paste. Dip your fingertips into the facial mix and scoop some of the paste out of the bowl. Rub the oatmeal paste onto your face and massage the skin for several minutes. The sugar grains will work as a scrub to remove dead skin and debris. Rinse your face with warm water to remove the scrub. -take pomegranate peels and roast them until they are toasty brown. Crush into a fine powder and mix in lemon juice. Apply to your face and allow to remain for up to 20 minutes. You can do this a few times weekly. Medication: take homoeopathic medication - calcarea carb. 30/ 3 times a day daily for a month, revert.

You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen (SPF 35 and above) three times a day. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalised plan. You can consult in private with photographs.

I am 30 years old, I suffer from skin rashes since last three months. What should I do?
Due to its anti-inflammatory, emollient, antibacterial and antifungal properties, aloe vera is excellent for treating a number of skin ailments including rashes. Apart from healing, it also soothes the skin, relieves itching and reduces redness. 1. Extract fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf. 2. Apply it on the affected area. 3. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes, and then rinse it off. 4. Do this at least three times a day until the rash clears.
