Your digestive system is alright but what you are eating is not alright. Continue the same kind of food stuff you were eating when you were young. Don 't change your food type. Stop eating junk food in place of lunch or dunner, avoid fried stuff. Take more of Fibre vegetables and fruits. A plantain a day. Once your motion is smooth bloating of stomach will come down. Stools must be passed every day.

Hi I am a 22 year old female. From childhood itself, I was having so much of stomach problems like pain, diarrhea, constipation etc. My mom told that alternate constipation & diarrhea issue please started when I was just 20 days old. I was unable to walk speedly & run from chilhood because a cramping stomach pain develops. I was unable to participate in dance, sports and such heavy exercises. We consulted many doctors including gastros. Done ct scan, barium test, endoscopy, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy etc. Ulcer and kidney stone was diagnosed when I was 18 years. It has got cured. But this pain while running and all is still there. It became worst within last 1 year after the completion of my degree project. It was done in a hilly region and was really tough for me. Now the stool is normal daily. I am 158 cms tall & weight is just 44 kgs. I was losing my weight because of contipation & diarrhea. But since it is fine now I started gaining weight from 36 kg to 44 kg. But stomach pain while doing jobs which require little power is the main problem for me now. There is a please tenderness in the right, left and top side(most tenderness) of my tummy button. One doctor told that it is due to weak muscles & muscle spasms. I can' t even stretch my body now. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you for showing patience to read my problem

Respected lybrate-user hi surgery for fissure is called lord's dilatation in which painful spasm of anal sphincter is relieved under general anaesthesia may be costing around 7-8 thousands in average set up. Recovery in 3-4 days. Another surgery is fissurectomy in which excision of fissure in advance stage takes 20-25 days of recovery (painful) may be costing 18-20 thousands in average set up. HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.
