Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Fatty liver is mainly due to sedentary life style and excess intake of fatty foods and oily fast foods. This fatty liver condition is reversible. Physical exercise and dieting is the key. As you are vegetarian avoid junk foods, oily foods and fatty foods. Instead prefer fiber rich foods. Exercise moderately daily. Aim to reduce 10 percent of your total weight in a span of 6 months. Take care.

You should consult a surgeon. If it proves to be haemorrhoids, it will be medically managed. Meanwhile avoid constipation and take plenty of liquids and fibre.

To avoid bloating have small frequent meals. Avoid cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, brassica etc. Have raw fruits and vegetables to avoid constipation. For pcos your diet should hv predominance of fruits, seeds like flax seeds, methi seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and veggies. Avoid sugar and starchy foods as insulin resistance may be there.
