Hi, Please find attached all the medical reports. And her symptoms started in 2012, she was not able to digest anything before evening, if she ate anything it used to result in loose motions. This problem lasted for 1.5 years, after that problem cured then her legs started becoming weak and she started loosing her balance, she was not able to walk without support. She was undergoing an ayurvedic treatment in small (uttar pradesh) one day she was feeling all right and was able to walk for around 3 km but next day when she woke up again she was in same condition as earlier and that treatment didn't helped later. It increased gradually then it started affecting her arms as well. Then she took some ayurvedic treatment in delhi. It cured the problem with hands, there was also some improvement in legs, but after some time that treatment was not able to cure more and later on she went again in the same condition as earlier but her hands are fine now. She has no pain in any body part, or any problem with vision though she wears spectacles for many years now. No diabetes, no blood pressure problem and no thyroid problem. We consulted some neurologists. They stress on possibilities of either Ms. or NMO spectrum disorder. Please tell me about the possible treatment and the duration as well.

Hair loss is the reflection of disturbance in the body. Nutritional deficiency, stress, mal- absorption are few of the causative factors. It is important to understand the problem and then treat it. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent source of protein which are good for hair. Green leafy vegetables are good as a iron support. Drinking 3 lit of water will help to nourish roots. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist.

Put some coconut oil in a pan. Boil a few dried Indian gooseberry pieces (if you do not have dried amla then use amla powder) in the oil until they become charred. Let the oil cool. Apply the oil on your hair and scalp. Leave it on overnight, or at least for an hour, before rinsing it out. Do this at least once or twice a week.

I have a problem of sudden un controllable anger. For which I repent later. How to cap my immense anger.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
It is good you repent later but the damage is already done. If it of recent origin you can locate the cause and deal with that. But if it is from childhood you will need to investigate it and work with a counselor to sort that out. No, no, don?t cap the anger but express it all the time and every time. The only problem is that you must express it appropriately. None of the feelings are to be controlled. The way you express them is the issue. Now anger is pure energy and people mistakenly think that they must express anger violently, or aggressively, or they can damage something, or throw a fit, or kill, or hurt, or withdraw, etc. These expressions can be followed, if they are appropriate to the situation. You can instead simply talk about the feeling, write about it and share it with someone who understands, scream and shout in a situation which warrants it and so on. When the expression is most suitable, the repercussions are minimized and the other person tends to understand and is willing to apologize and sort out the matter. Many of us are inclined to worry about the consequences of expressing anger and use fear to suppress the legitimate expression. You can exorcise your anger out of your system by exercising, but it is the energy that is expended not the feeling. Unexpressed feelings will hurt you back by clinging on to a favorite organ and troubling it enough to cause it to malfunction or lead to its total dysfunction. You can also hand over the feeling to God, if you are a spiritual person, and very effectively too. Now, it is also wise to find out why you get angry: is it too fast, is it too high, or is it without provocation? These will help you to determine whether it is worth getting angry at all, in some instances. These can be discussed with a counselor, in case you are still having problems.

Dyshidrotic eczema, or dyshidrosis, is a skin condition in which blisters develop on the soles of your feet and/or the palms of your hands. The blisters are usually itchy and may be filled with fluid. Blisters normally last for about two to four weeks and may be related to seasonal allergies or stress. Home treatments Wet, cold compresses can help reduce the discomfort associated with itchy skin. Your doctor may recommend that you apply an ointment after you use compresses. A moisturizer may also help with the dryness and therefore reduce some itching as well. These moisturizers may include: petroleum jelly, such as Vaseline heavy creams, such as Lubriderm or Eucerin mineral oil soaking with witch hazel
