Hiv takes years to express, it never manifests in 7 days. Do not worry these are anxiety symptoms not hiv. Avoid unprotected sexual contact.

Take treatment for hpylori. You might have to take antacids for some time and most importantly diet modification so as to prevent gastric irritation further.
