In case you do not notice or treat the injuries, they can turn out to be deeply infected and might need operation / amputation.   2. Wash with lukewarm water: Wash both of your feet every day with warm - not hot - water. You will most likely be unable to feel the heat with your feet, so test the water with your hands first. Do not absorb water for too long since waterlogged wounds have a harder time recovering. Dry your feet immediately, and remember to dry them softly especially between your toes. 
  3. Ensure your shoes fit well: Even the smallest rubbing or misfit shoe can bring about blisters that transform into a sore and have to be removed since it never heals. 
  4. Do not walk barefoot: Never walk barefoot. Wear shoes or footwear. Continuously wear socks with your shoes, since calfskin, plastics, and synthetic shoe materials can bother your skin and rapidly bring on blisters. 
  5. Stay soft, yet dry: Your skin might be dry and teary due to the high glucose levels and split skin means it is very easy for the bacteria to get under your skin. This makes it harder for the infection to heal. Use a little skin salve every day. Also make certain your feet feel dry, not soggy or sticky, a while later. Make an effort not to get the cream in the middle of your toes. 
  6. Attempt light exercise: Swimming, cycling, yoga are good exercises, with negligible effect on your feet. Speak with your specialist before beginning an activity or a program. 
  7. Control your glucose: The best counteractive action for foot pain, eventually, is to deal with your diabetes well under control. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Consult a psychiatrist online or in person Your doctor will discuss your medical and sexual history with you. He or she will do a thorough physical exam. Your doctor may want to talk to your partner also. Premature ejaculation can have many causes. So your doctor may order lab tests to rule out any other medical problem. In many cases premature ejaculation gets better on its own over time. Treatment may not be needed. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. Your doctor may recommend that you and your partner practice certain techniques to help delay ejaculation, as well as medications are there to help. All the best.

1. Avoid food from outside 2. Avoid fatty/ fried spicy food 3. Take homemade freshly prepared light food like chapati, dalia, curries, (without oil) fruits etc 4. Plenty of fluids. 5. Vegetable juice. Carrot, cucumber, and green leaf vegetables juice well to provide the basic nutrients (homemade freshly prepared) around 15 days for complete cure.

Masturbation is normal and does not cause physical problems or sexual problems. Also do not give any importance to advertisement that mention that masturbation cause health problems or destroys life, and masturbation does not require any treatment. Masturbation does not cause pimples. Both are due to effect of testosterone. In boys of young age effect of testosterone is high which is normal and cause desire to masturbate and in some boys causes acne depending on skin quality. If you want to reduce it, you should involve yourself in studies, games and hobbies. Also try not to remain alone most of time and avoid porn. For vitamin etc eat well and do exercise.

Feeling occasional giddiness from few days specially after walking few meters. Feels like heartbeat changes and feel good after a burp. Had same problem 8 years back and that time my BP was 160 - 120. Became normal after a week rest in hospital. No medication was used for high blood pressure. BP is normal now. Had routine body check up in last November and found vitamin D deficiency.

Hi. If itching occurs only at play ground then environmental factors could be triggering itch like pollens, dust or flowers erc. Otherwise it may be related to a particular clothe worn while playing in the garden, though perspiration with associated jokitch is not uncommon.

I have a headache for 2 day but nothing is well right now. I will take some medicine but it do not work. And out side...
1. Ginger ginger can help reduce inflammation of the blood vessels in the head, thus providing relief from a headache. Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. Another option is to apply a paste of one teaspoon of dry ginger powder, also called sonth, and two tablespoons of water on the forehead for a few minutes. You can also boil ginger powder or raw ginger in water, and inhale the vapor. Chew one or two pieces of crystallized ginger candy. 2. Mint juice menthol and menthone are the primary components of mint which are very effective in alleviating headaches. Extract mint juice from a handful of mint leaves and apply it on forehead and temples to treat headache. You can also place mint tea compresses on the forehead to relieve discomfort. Along with mint juice, corainder juice is also effective in treating headaches. 3. Peppermint oil peppermint contains menthol that helps open up clogged blood vessels that cause headaches. It also has calming and soothing effects. Mix three drops of peppermint essential oil in one tablespoon of almond oil, olive oil or just water. Massage your forehead and temples with it. Or, you can put crushed fresh peppermint leaves on your forehead. Alternatively, you can prepare a steam treatment by adding a few drops of peppermint essential oil to a small pot of boiling water. Inhale the steam for a few minutes. 4. Basil basil works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches caused by tense muscles. Plus, it has calming and analgesic effects. Put three or four fresh basil leaves in a cup of boiling water and let it simmer for a few minutes. Optionally, add a little honey and then sip the tea slowly. You can also boil one tablespoon of basil leaves or a few drops of basil oil to a pot of boiling water and carefully lean over the pot to take in the steam. Alternatively, chew some fresh basil leaves or massage your forehead with basil oil mixed with a base oil. 5. Lavender oil simply smelling the soothing scent of lavender essential oil can be of great help in relieving tension headaches. Research suggests that it can also help improve migraine symptoms. Put a few drops of lavender essential oil on a tissue and inhale it. You can also add two drops of lavender oil to two cups of boiling water and inhale the steam. Another option is to mix two or three drops of lavender essential oil in one tablespoon of carrier oil such as almond oil or olive oil and massage your forehead with it. Note: do not take lavender oil orally. 6. Ice pack the cold from ice helps reduce inflammation that contributes to headaches. Plus, it has a numbing effect on the pain. Applying an ice pack to the back of your neck can give you relief from a migraine headache. You can also place a washcloth dipped in ice-cold water over your head for five minutes. Repeat the process several times. Alternatively, you can use a bag of frozen vegetables as a cold compress. Within half an hour you will feel some relief.

You need 7-8 hours of sleep in the night to remain healthy. Avoid late night. It is better to sleep at 10 pm and get up at 6 am. Have your breakfast by 8 am.
