What is the treatment for; i. There is pain in the center of the left and right feet which is just like a thorn prick. Bare footed if I walk and if something hard is stamped, it pains a lot. Ii. There is a heavy fat deposit around the organ which is scaring. How to get it downsized to normal. Iii. If Muscle % is 23.1 and fat % is 39.8 and BMI is 37.8 and BMR is 1935 V.fat is 30 weight is 99.2 and height is 162 cms and age is 65 what diet to be observed to become normal if this details denote abnormally? Iv. If there is any center to give consultation for these problems or questions, at Bangalore You may give me the address so that I can visit the Doc personally. I am a pensioner .Would it not be cost prohibitive to go in for the treatment personally?

• Point your toes • Raise your heels • Squeeze your toes • Roll a ball. Roll a golf ball or tennis ball under the ball of your foot. Apply light pressure for about two minutes. according to the APMA. • Stretch standing up. “A weight-bearing, runners-type stretch can be helpful for foot pain in the arch,” says Kurtz. Stand up and place your toes against a wall; lean forward a little until you feel your arch stretch. Repeat using the other foot.

Hello lybrate user, - 1st look at what is any giving you this pain. By avoiding that cause you will be better - change your posture of sitting while studying or working or traveling. - do some exercises which relax your bones and muscles. - do pranayama to reduce the stress which in turn reduce your headache - apply ksheerabala taila to the back to strengthen - take avipattikara churna 1spoon with warm water twice a day do it for 15days. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Hello, I am 59 years old M, I am having low back pain in the coccyx region and severe pain when I sit for a longer time at one place since 2 months so then I did MRI and the reports say that I am having slight anterior angulation of coccyx and posterior disc protrusions at L4-L5 and L5-S1. Please suggest me medications over this at your earliest.

Hi, you have coccydynia which has no particular cause or it may be secondary to injury to coccyx due to fall which starts acutely. I suggest use a ring pillow which has a hole in the centre, whenever you sit, in the office or home. So coccyx doesn't come in contact. If pain becomes unbearable or prolonged local steroid infiltration to be done if it is not secondary to trauma. Medication like analgesics, vit d3, vit b12, may be given. Consult ortho surgeon.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement.

Please avoid protein diet and high glycemic index food items. Avoid soyabean, pulses, peas, chole, rajma, meat etc. Dont take maida products, soft drinks, food products that have artificial sweeteners.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. No harm but depends upon how one uses it. Sleep on a hard plinth with mattress over it. Learn isometric neck exercises from a physiotherapist and follow his instructions seriously. You may skip a meal but not exercises.
