My husband got hurt jst below his knee (on his right leg), around 3 months bck. He got hurt by the sharp edge of a table. And even till today he has lot of pain. But at the look of it, thrs no swelling as such, but when we feel the painful area, it pains and also feels like a bump. Tried applying all kinds of pain relieving sprays, but its of no use. Kindly suggest us the best home remedy which can reduce the pain, since he is walking with quite difficulty. Thank u.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting Contrast bath- Fill two buckets/ tubs with Very Hot Water and Very Cold water. Immerse your legs into the water for 3 minutes and then switch to cold water for 1minute. Repeat this 3 times once a day.

It can be a muscular pull if you are having to walk/stand too long at a stretch then this could come up. Do massage with warm mustard oil daily to relieve pain. Also take mag phos 6x - twice daily for next 7 days and get back to me for proper treatment.

Hello, back and leg pain may be due to many reasons like sitting position, heavy workout, improper rest, any injury, calcium deficiency etc. You can apply ayurvedic oil like mahanarayan oil gently on back and legs followed by hot fomentation twice a day. C that your bowel is cleared everyday. Start doing yoga and pranayam under guidance.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

My friend is 29 years old. She gets frequent pain in her upper back, lower back and hip. We have shown her to many doctors and some of them detected it as firbromylgia however others said its spondylitis. He also feel down once and the coccyx (tail bone) was injured badly. Waking up in morning is very difficult for her as she faints frequently in the morning and some time in day time also. Please suggest the best treatment for this. No medication needed and try to take maximum rest and walking and minimal exercise enough, do not apply hot pack.

Went out for a bike ride yesterday into the mountains. I live in a hilly area so I am usual to such rides. In the morning today, I played for 2 hours also as by my routine, had my breakfast but spent the day sleeping as I am feeling tired and in fever since the breakfast. Mild pain near body joints, bad throat condition and mild headache are also the symptoms I am carrying now for half a day. Please help!

If it is just the first episode, it could just be related to your sleep posture and in that case you can take a gentle anti inflammatory medication which suits you, physical therapy in presence of a trained physical therapist and some activity modification. Look if there is any morning stiffness , your pain increase or decrease by doing some movments or not , is there any swelling or not? You can do some physiotherapy exercises to get relive pain like pressing the towle roll placing it below you knee and few more but you need to do it carefully and correctly.

My wife is 38 yrs old & is patient of rheumatoid arthritis for the last 8 yrs. We have last seen doctors at vellore 8yrs back after that she is frustated with doctors as its taken in negetive way, she is ofenly taking pain reliffpills. She is also alergic with medicine. Also to say that nowdays she cant walk, neither do any activities, her joints in arm, wrists, ankles are slowly deformated & slowly slowly her backbone is twisting in front posture. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

It is primarily because most of us indulge in some everyday activities that are detrimental to our spine health. The good news here is that these reasons can be easily fixed. All you need is some spine tuning. Here's how:

Desk job
Are you sitting too much on your seat? Recent studies have suggested that sitting for longer hours makes you prone to various illnesses. So it is highly recommended that you stand and walk a bit every two hours or so and also engage in some static stretching exercises. If not, take a 30 minutes stroll after your lunch time.

Sleeping on your stomach
Do you have a habit of snoozing on your tummy? It's a clear give away for your back problems as it puts unnecessary pressure on your spine. When you sleep on your side or back, your spine is elongated and neutral. Also, don't use a thick pillow. The perfect-sized pillow should keep your head in line with the spine. This is not it. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.
