Tips For Improving Skin Changes Due To Menopause

Every woman endures menopause, by the time she reaches middle age. It comes with a lot of complications, and skin changes are also not spared. It is vital to know how to fight the skin changes of menopause to take right actions at the right time.

Changes experienced
Major problems faced are hormonal changes and their declines. Ultimately, ovarian activity slows down decreasing in b-estradiol levels. This leads to hot flashes or warmth feel under the skin, especially on face and profuse sweating. The overall experience leads to decrease in the production of estrogen and progesterone, leading to skin changes.

  • Oily skin: testosterone production is prominent that stimulates sebaceous glands to secrete thicker sebum making skin appear oily.
  • Facial hair: some women show the development of facial hair, especially on chin.
  • Sagging skin and wrinkles: decrease in estrogen leads to fat redistribution. This results in skin sagging on face, neck, hands and arms.
  • Elastosis: lower estrogen levels lead to decrease in collagen and elastin in the skin dermis. Uv rays destroy collagen resulting in elastosis.
  • Thinning epidermis: this leads to trans-epidermal water loss and dry skin.
  • Hyperpigmentation / age spots: melanin production is tampered.

How to fight against it

Here are some tips on how to fight the skin changes of menopause.

  • With age, skin becomes dry. Right cleanser with a creamy formula is a solution for dry skin.
  • Use heavier cream to moisten your skin. Avoid hot, long showers.
  • Skin protection from sunlight is a must. Choose a sunscreen that is from a broad-spectrum spf30 or higher and use it regularly.
  • Due to hormonal changes, wrinkles appear, and hence you need to apply moisturizer on face, jawline and neck regularly. Use skin-care products meant to act against fine lines and sagging.
  • Face, hands and chest usually get affected with age spots. Use sunscreen every day. Those who are already affected with spots, use exfoliating products. These products help to shed dead skin cells. Toners may also help.
  • Apply moisturiser on hands too and wear gloves while doing household or yard work.
  • Eat foods with antioxidants such as brightly-coloured fruits and vegetables.
  • Soy, which is rich in isoflavones, acts like estrogen in the body.
  • Stress tends to make skin drier. Yoga, meditation, etc. Helps to relax.
  • Do exercise regularly to tone your muscles.
  • Sleep well: beauty sleep is most essential to regenerate your cells. Sleep prevents dark circles under eyes. Around 8 to 9 hours of sleep is recommended.
  • Now you know how to fight the skin changes of menopause. Follow the tips and then age will be just a number.

Recommended - proper treatment is essential for this problem Homeopathic treatment is best, safe and effective for this Problem, - Caladium - 200 Morning before meal, Tabacaum - 200 afternoon before meal. Then let me know the results after 15 days Reasons why people start to use tobacco: -On a dare to show that you are not timid or afraid. -To fit with the crowd (all my friends do it) -To appear sophisticated or cool -To be grown-up -To assert your independence -As a sign of protest, rebellion, or to defy authority -Free samples from friends or advertisers -Influences from people you respect and admire -Parents or relatives smoked -Images of famous actors, movie stars, or role models -Famous sports players who use chewing tobacco or smoking cigarettes. -Famous scientists (Einstein is the prototype of intellectual smokers. -He looks so proud with a pipe in his mouth.) -Portrayals by cigarette advertisements -To calm your nerves -As a kind of “air freshener” when using the toilet -Adverse effects of Smoking. -Heart disease. Smoking is responsible for 30 percent of all heart attacks and cardiovascular deaths. -Cancer. It is responsible for 30 percent of all cancer deaths and 87 percent of lung cancer deaths each year. -Lung problems. Smoking is responsible for 82 percent of deaths due to emphysema and chronic bronchitis. -Smoking delays healing of peptic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum. - Its effects on blood vessels cause chronic pains in the legs (claudication) which can progress to gangrene and amputations of the toes or feet. -Causes wrinkling of the skin of the face to develop earlier in chronic smokers. On average they look 5 years older than non-smokers of the same age do. -It impairs erections in middle-aged and older men and may affect the quality of their sperm. It seems to “sedate” sperm and to impair their motility. This is reversed after stopping smoking. -Smoking accelerates the rate of osteoporosis, a disease which causes bones to weaken and fracture more easily.

I have so many pimples on my face and so many darksport on the face what I do so that my face became beautiful.

I have so many pimples on my face and so many darksport on the face what I do so that my face became beautiful.
PIMPLE Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin E on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin E to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study , applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing,if you want medicine than , i will prescibe , like daily apply night microbenz cream daytime use ahaglo facewash

Babies have very sensitive skin. Do not do anything right now. Just change to a lighter oil n see if there is a difference. The normal colour might return back on its own after sometime.

Dry scalp is commonly known as dandruff, can be due to a variety of conditions, from a simple dry scalp to a form of eczema or even psoriasis. Dandruff flakes are actually dead skin cells that naturally fall off the scalp — more so if you scratch. ... A number of skin conditions and other causes can make your scalp flaky.Just massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears. Lemon's acidity helps balance the pH of your scalp, which helps keeps dandruff away and then apply coconut oil and do not use soap or shampoo

Hello Jagan You can go for DERMAROLLER with Vitamin C serum. You can also go for DERMAROLLER with PRP (Platlet rich plasma). Five to 6 sessions of Co2 fractional laser can be done monthly for superior results. LASER may have side-effects and is a costly affair, whereas DERMAROLLER is cost effective with no side-effects. Take Care
