Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill/swimming for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. The best way to burn more calories is to build muscle through resistance training. For each pound of muscle that you gain, you burn approximately 50-70 calories in addition per day (5 pounds of muscle gain equates to burning 250-350 calories a day!) Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

My friend had tried sex with her boyfriend but they cannot make it. Her boyfriend tried 4-5 times to enter but as he try, she started having pain. One more time they tried without putting on but again the same problem. He ejaculate outside after 10-15 minutes. My question is there stand a chance of her getting pregnant? After all this, when goes to pee and there was blood coming out. Please suggest something.

Gynaecologist, Pune
Blood can be because of ruptured hymen. If he has ejaculated outside her then there are no chances of pregnancy. Anyways still you can wait till she gets her periods, if she misses one then y ou can get a urine pregnancy test done. That would remove all doubts.

The most fertike period is the 10th to 18 th day from the first day of menses... During the best time your temperature increases by almost 1 degree then normal which helps to keep track. And also you feel a little discomfort in pelvis.

Yes you can take, only that it is of less use in late age and more advantageous to young even before they become sexually active. If you are taking vaccination then plan next pregnancy after you finish second dose.

Hi, the ultrasound seems to be ok. You need to have some supplements of iron and calcium which your doctor will prescribe. Diet should include nuts and fruits. Fruits are better than fruit juices. High protein and low carb diet is better.

You are confused between weight loss , sagging skin & weight gain. Gaining weight will not help you for sure. Eat healthy but no crash dieting which can lead to saggy organs if dieting is not combined with exercise. Moderation should the mantra.losing 21 kgs is difficult and you must have starved to do so. At 23 if getting married is bothering you , then think about a healthy bride who has to adjust and get oriented with a new family. Can you afford to fall sick or eat special diets to remain slim and trim and be body obsessed only? Start eating a healthy high protein diet with no sugars or bad fats . getting massage will tone up muscles besides increasing the blood flow evenly to entire body. simple walking / swimming is a good outdoor exercise but if pollution or humidity bothers , then use a stable exercise cycle at home and do push ups with weights for arms. do yoga and meditation for weight loss and for stability. good luck.
