Hello Sir, on april 4th I had a ishomic stroke on left side paralyse now I am fine my query is what kind of food I have to take to improve my left nerves.

Balanced diet, including vegetables, milk, fresh fruits, dals, eggs should be part of diet, unless, medically contraindicated. In addition, physiotherapy as indicated should be followed regularly.

I am suffering from migraine. What should I do?

Avoid precipitating factors like tension, stress over work, exertion, take proper sleep. In case of acute pain take tablet brufen twice a day for 3 days with tablet rantac empty stomach for 3 days. If associated vomiting take tablet emset sos.

Hi I am 69 year old man and having trouble in the leg finger. I meet neurologist, he made test and consistent demylinating +axonal motor sensory polyneuropathy in both lower limbs tested. He scribe some 4 different tablites. May I have any other medicine? how can I over come for this? is is to remain? or increase? Thanks and regards

First continue with doctors prescription. For a couple of months. Than only you wwill able to make out the difference. Nerves heal slowly. So give it some time. It would b n instant reaction of medicine. I suppose you must have done emg, nc test. Could you pls writr the main impressio. Of the report. Do you have diabetes. What abt sensation. Can you differentiate between hot cold soft touch hard touch. Etc.

Acid reflux disease with diabetes needs evaluation for nutritional deficiencies like vitamin B12, vitamin D3 etc. Frequent headaches and perceived memory loss could be symptoms of tress, anxiety and feelings of depression which are common at your age. Dear Doctor, I am a 40 years old male. Suffers from frequent one sided headaches (predominantly left side of the head) combined with nausea and vomiting. Every morning I do neck exercise twice to ease the pain around the neck area or spasm. Could you please recommend me whether to check the blood pressure also during the migraine attacks?

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day. For further detail contact me in private.

I have pain in my legs and when I am in office I get it in my back. Pain starts increasing when I stand for more than half an hour. I feel numbness very quickly. I think my blood circulation is poor in lower parts.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

What was the symptoms of brain tumor? How it identify? What is the treatment? How it danger?

Brain tumor can present in several ways. Some remain asymptomatic. Some may have headache, blurring of vision, hearing problem, epilepsy etc. It can be identified on brain imaging - ct or mri. Some tumours remain harmless whereas others can cause rapid progression of symptoms leading to coma and death. Treatment is mainly surgery, although some may respond to radiation.

Migraine is a relapsing type of headache, you can keep the severity and frequency to minimum by taking prophylactic course for few weeks. To avoid relapses avoid - prolonged sun exposure, fasting, inadequate sleep, stress, watching TV in dark rooms etc
