Hi Onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. Take about 5-10 gm root powder of Ladyfinger in a glass of milk. Add 2 tsp of mishri in this milk and drink it. This will prove helpful in improving sexual vigour. Apply pranacharya gopal oil on your penis and give a massage. It will strengthen your nerves and erection power will get better. You can take ayurvedic medicines too along with this.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Thank you.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Does masturbating everyday causes any harm to our body? And also is there any side effects by that?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Does masturbating everyday causes any harm to our body? And also is there any side effects by that?
According to the traditional medical science, sex or masturbation may be done at intervals of 35 days or more than 35 days to prevent any adverse effects on the body. During these activities, many important minerals, hormones, and fluids responsible for the following are rapidly lost. [1] Masculinty ----------> masculine behaviour, body hair, body shine [2] Growth of the body ----------> increase in height and weight [3] Strength of the body ----------> density, stamina, and resistance to diseases Why you should give up this habit """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""... You are making your body dry, loose, weak, and impotent just for pleasure. You eat. You masturbate. It is like "a tank getting filled through one pipe and getting empty through another pipe".....! All the three-----masturbation, nocturnal emissions, and sex-----are very harmful to health. A man's semen is his masculinity, energy, and life. Each time semen is wasted, his masculinity, energy, and life decrease. This is simple Mathematics.....!

Good Fat or Bad Fat - What's going inside you?

Certified Food & Nutritionist
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Jamnagar
Good Fat or Bad Fat - What's going inside you?
Fat is not all bad! However, there is a kind of fat that is bad fat. Our body needs fat and we don’t have to completely eliminate all fat from our diet. Here is how you can differentiate –

Good Fats vs. Bad Fats

1. Good Fats: Let's start with the good guys -- the unsaturated fats. These include polyunsaturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fats - when eaten in moderation can help lower cholesterol.
Polyunsaturated fats are found mostly in nut and vegetable oils - like olives; avocados; hazelnuts; almonds; cashews; sesame seeds; pumpkin seeds; and olive, canola, and peanut oils. They are also found in Omega-3s - found in fish, flaxseed and walnuts. These fats not only add flavour, they also help fight diseases right from diabetes to cancer.

2. Bad Fats: The bad ones are saturated and trans fatty acids. Both can raise cholesterol levels, clog arteries, and increase the risk for heart disease. Saturated fats are found in animal products: Meat, poultry skin, high-fat dairy, and eggs.

Adopt the good ones to be fit and be risk free!

Hi, For your tummy first get checked with a surgeon whether you have hernia, umbilical or incisional .If there is a hernia requiring surgery get it done. Meanwhile you have to learn abdominal core muscle strengthening exercises and start doing it which you have to do after the surgery also if you undergo one. Otherwise with exercise alone you can see whether your tummy is going in. But please check with a doctor what is it you are suffering from. RegRding your cycle it is absolutely normal and your tiredness ,back pain are due to other things like taking care of children. Also back pain may be due to your bulging tummy which can alter the curvature of your back and giving pain. E er isle is the best remedy for everything.

Dear lybrate-user. For a person of 13 years and with a weight of 63 kgs, the testicle and penis size should seem small because of the body mass involved. The testicles and penis are on the developmental period and will take some time to develop fully. At this age, an average penis length should be around 1 inch in flaccid condition. Take care.
