Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for BMI of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or BMI over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for BMI of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or BMI over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am 37 years old, married, working in a KPO. My daily routine suffers me to eat twice - first around 10 am (3 rotis+ vegetable/pulse + curd) and after 10pm (2 roti + veg/pulse + salad). In between i eat 2 tea + 4 buiscuit and more than 2 liters of water. So my weight is increasing day by day. Can not able to do any kind of exercise due to lack of time (6 days working). Hi , Instead of eating three rotis in a breakfast, eat one or two then around 2 u can carry roti wrap with you with salad and bean in it it wont take much of time to eat that and will help you maintain your weight, avoid biscuit instead u can carry kurmura and chana, or baked puff rice chivda. May be your having a hyperhydrosis in which their is increased sweating. Also it can be due to thyroid disorder if its not reolved by any docotor you should get advice from skin docotor for hyper hydrosis.

Not at all. It may cause pain or sensitivity only when it was present before the treatment. In some rare cases if the tooth or teeth are already compromised.

Piles, commonly known as hemorrhoid is a condition that leads to pain, discomfort and irritation while passing stool. It is caused due to inflammation of the veins in the lower rectum area. Piles is of two types: internal and external, one can suffer from both simultaneously. The damage in the lower rectum area is a result of aging, chronic constipation, pregnancy, diarrhea and consuming processed food on a daily basis. Piles also lead to bleeding not just while passing the stool but anytime. It is recommended to monitor one's diet and construct a plan that helps to diminish the problem. Here are certain types of foods which can help you deal with Piles better.

  1. Whole grains - People suffering from piles are recommended to include a lot of healthy whole grains into their diet like bran cereal, brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta. These fiber rich foods soften the stool and help reduce the pain.
  2. Leafy green vegetables - Green vegetables are packed with antioxidants and nutrients that help with digestion. Strengthening the digestive system is important while treating piles. Broccoli, sprouts, carrots, brussels, cabbage, tomato, asparagus, cauliflower, onions, cucumber are some of the vegetables that one should consume while battling piles.
  3. Fruits - Fruits are high in nutrients, fiber, minerals and vitamins that help to regulate the bowel movement. Constipation is the main culprit in case of piles. So do your best to avoid constipation for eg take more n more fibrous food, drink plenty of water, avoid hyper acidity by avoiding spicy, fried, junk food. You may also take stool softeners. Generally piles are not painful, but fissure are. So be confirmed what you are suffering from. To avoid pain you may take triphala guggulu 2tab tds.
