As per your complain dark circles can occur due to causes like -Excessive stress. -Malnutrition. -Overuse of mobiles and laptops. -Sleep deprivation. -Allergies etc. I would suggest you to first of all reduce stress by doing meditation and breathing exercises. Take sufficient sleep. Avoid excess use of gadgets. You can start applying creams containing Kojic acid and Vitamin E. Grapeseed extract containing creams are helpful. You can also put pieces of cucumber over the closed eyes as it has soothing effects. You can also place grated potato over the eyes. Take multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet. In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can also advised lazer treatment for removing the dark circles.

Gallbladder Stone - Can Homeopathy Treat it?

Gallbladder Stone - Can Homeopathy Treat it?

Homeopathy can very well dissolve gall stones of small and medium sizes, and relieve the gall bladder and body permanently from the pain, suffering and complications coming from gall stones. One of the benefits of homeopathic treatment for gall stones is that your gall bladder does not need removal, and being an important organ for producing digestive enzymes, it is better to keep it in your body. The other benefit is that you get a side effect-free treatment, which is completely efficient and practical, and costs really low compared to other modes of treatments and surgeries.

But before one goes for a homeopathic treatment, a complete evaluation of the patient’s case history must be done so that the right medicine can be given as per the case, history, severity etc. Here is a quick look at the commonly used homeopathic medicines, which doctors, depending on your case history, may prescribe for your gall stone.

Homeopathic medicines used for treating gall stones

  1. Calcarea carbonica: If you have a family history of kidney and gall stones, are anxious and slow, overweight with high deposits of triglycerides and cholesterol, then you would be given this medicine.
  2. Chelidonium: If you get pain in any or both of the two patterns pain originating under your right shoulder blade and pain in the upper right abdomen, which spreads to the back, you will be prescribed this one.
  3. Lycopodium: This medicine is usually recommended in case you have a family history of stones in kidney and gall bladder, along with other complications like, chronic digestive disorders, high cholesterol, gastric problems, constipation, peptic ulcers, gas and bloating. The patient may usually get biliary colic pains late in the afternoon. He or she may also get irritated easily, and hate contradicting opinions.
  4. Natrum sulphuricum: The patient may have any or some of the problems like chronic diarrhea, gall stone pain, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, depression, obesity and problem in joints. On top of that the patient may be too sensitive to changes in humidity and weather. In such a case, Natrum sulphuricum is given.
  5. Nux vomica: If a patient suffers from nausea, colic pains, spasmodic pains, heartburn and acidity, gas and bloating, and takes too much of rich and oily food and drinks, then this medicine is used to treat gall stones for him or her.

As you can see, there is a remedy for all types of patients. Hence in case of small to medium sized gall stones, you can always retain the gall bladder, avoid surgeries, and keep patience with systematic homeopathic treatment from an expert doctor. You will get positive results soon.

This can be a fissure piles or even a fistula depending on examination findings. Treatment of all these are totally different. As you have pain during defecation or sitting this is more likely a acute or chronic fissure. Do sitz bath twice to thrice daily. If constipation is their it needs to be treated. Further medicines can be prescribed after confirmation of diagnosis.

Do You Know Salt Is Only God For Clear Skin?

Do You Know Salt Is Only God For Clear Skin?
How does salt help in clearing skin?

Of all the health problems current lifestyle poses, one that harasses both men are women, at times even in their 30s, is marks or blemishes on the face. Acne and blemishes have become almost constant features on the skin, all thanks to the irregular eating habits, junk food, alcohol, late nights and of course, pollution. It is one of the lesser known facts that salt helps clear up the skin. Sea salt and epsom salt are the ideal salts to be used. Let us see how.

1. Salt for bathing - adding salt to your bath is advised for physical and spiritual cleansing. After you are done with your usual bath and washed off the soap, have a bath with salt mixed water. This not only clears the complexion overall but also lightens dark marks on the body.
2. Salt for application - two teaspoons of sea salt mixed with water and applied on the face with cotton, three times a day is said to treat the problem of acne. Having the natural ability to reduce moisture, salt does wonders to your skin by drying out the oils. This eliminates chances of pores getting clogged, closes them and increasing bacterial buildup.
3. Salt as a mask - salt when mixed with honey makes a great mask for the skin. Since both the ingredients have anti-inflammatory properties, this mask soothes the skin, retains hydration in the skin and balances the oil production. A couple of teaspoons of finely ground sugar, when mixed with double the amount of raw honey, makes a perfect balancing mask for the skin.
4. Salt as toner spray - a teaspoon of sea salt mixed with some warm water in a spray bottle until the salt is dissolved makes for a perfect spray toner. Make sure to avoid the eyes, though.
5. Salt for exfoliation - salt is known to be a skin-exfoliate and is often found in body scrubs. One can also make scrubs at home by mixing together aloe vera juice or gel, salt, oil of your choice, essential oil and dried lavender flowers.

I have multiple painful cysts in my both breasts .doctor prescribe me sevista30 alternative days for 30 Days .kindly tell me right time to take this medicine for its full effect.

Most likely you were suffering from cyclical mastalgia which may or may not be accompanied by fibrocystic disease. It is cyclical pain due to hormonal stimulation of the breast tissue. It may resolve spontaneously with pregnancy. Reassurance and supportive sports bra (especially in large breasts) have shown to be effective in most women. Usually Vitamin E 400 mg 2-3 capsule daily or/ and Evening Primrose Oil 3000 mg daily Containing 240-360 mg GLA which comes to 4-6 capsules per day is the initial amount prescribed for 2-3 months. If response is good then the dose may be decreased for 3 more months and then stopped. The symptoms may never recur. But relapses are also known. If there is no response to above, then we usually shift to Danazole, Bromocriptine or SERM (tamoxifen or ormeloxifen) Bromocriptine is costly and causes nausea, vomiting and headache. Danazole has troublesome androgenic side effects. Tamoxifen is known to cause DVT or cataract but usually for long term or higher dose of 20 mg as is given for breast cancer patients. We recommend 10 mg daily for 3 months, which usually does not have side effects. Ormeloxifen is the indian drug previously called centchroman or Saheli. It is usually given as 30 mg daily or alternate day schedule. Some patients may develop ovarian cysts on daily schedule. It works well with non cyclical as well as cyclical mastalgia. Thus, the ideal recommendation is to continue Sevista 30 (ormeloxifen) alternate day for 3 months. You can take it any time, but better to take it in either morning or night. If you need further clarification, feel free to contact me directly.
