Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 after lunch and dinner. Avoid fermented food. Spicy food. Junk food. Eat green vegetables. Fuits. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Sleep for 7 hrs minimum. Do pranayama early morning. And do exercises.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having wrist/thumb pain though there may not be any pathological reasons. It is due to over strain of the writing muscles and also due to lack of blood circulation. To reduce the pain & to make you feel comfortable Wrist Brace so that you will feel warm, comfortable and very protective . . If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced.

I have knees problem whenever my lags are hanging like I am sitting on chair my legs are hanging I realize pain.

Hi While sitting on chair use proper foot rest.Learn specific exercise from skilled physiotherapist. Meanwhile take few precautions. Take hot water fomentation or if there is swealing in knee apply cold pack for 20 min. at every 3hrs. interval. Morning pain generally occurs after sleeping in wrong position for whole night. Do not use thick pillows. Work on your posture. Exercise of neck can help you out.

Hi I am 63 years old and having pain in the right knee (diagnosed as reduction of space) am also over weight (90 kg). Doctors tell me to reduce weight. But the orthopayic had asked me to rest. If I rest I cannot reduce weight. So I on my own decided to walk everyday. I walk 5 - 6 km daily. While walking I use knee cap and do not feel psin unless leg bends side ways, but while sleeping I do get pain on the left side of the knee (bearable though). I do take biocart-msm 1 tablet one daily, triflex fast acting two daily, and apply celadrin cream 2 - 3 times on the affected knee. Suggest exercises to get rid of the knee pain.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

Requires examination and investigation in detail. Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. its only a temporary treatment option. However you can try all these to delay your knee replacement, because u are only 43 and knee replacement done at a very young age doesnt last longer.

Hi from your demography, I can see you have got high bmi - 34.5 (suggest obesity) which can cause back pain secondly you need to be investigated by mri scan to see any pathology in the spine. Needs to see spine surgeon, dietitian, gym and weight reduction programme.

U must b having cervical problem. In this condition pain radiates in your shoulder, arm and forearm region. But depends patient to patient. Secondly, pain radiates in shoulder blade region too. So see a good physiotherapist. Thank you.
