These disturbing thoughts are indicative that there are elements from your childhood that need attention. It is hardly likely that there is no reason for your tension. If you do not have a conscious reason, then the unconscious mind will have one for sure. If there are reasons buried in your unconscious mind, it is likely that the reasons may have been precipitated from childhood experiences, or a long time ago. The reason you have not been perturbed by it this far is because these may have been suppressed for years, and at an undue moment when stressful factors may have lowered your defenses, it is bound to come up and trouble you. You need to talk to a counselor and that person will help you identify these influences from childhood, and then you could work on them. Any which way, learn about your emotions and learn how to express them appropriately. This is actually what stress management is all about. The more emotionally fit and balanced you are, the more stress-free you will be and therefore peaceful.

I have black pimple on my back I have used a scare removal cream but it us not effective.
For pimples on back, you need internal medicine which will remove excess heat from the body. It means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

Pimple is a skin problem. These are the causes: • excessive sebum (oil) production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance and infection by bacteria. These are the best methods to cure pimples fast -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..

Dear Lybrate user Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disorder and severity depends on the organs involved. In general, sarcoidosis appears briefly and resolves without relapse in most cases. 20-30% of patients are left with some permanent lung damage and 10-15% develop chronic sarcoidosis that may last for many years. Hello. Over the last 4 years I have increase the my weight from 75 to 85 kg. What should I do to decrease my weight.
First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hi in children obesity becomes quite common because of the high intake of refined wheat like maids in form of noodles, pastas, maggi etc. To reduce this you can't stop them suddenly from all these, but changing quality of food would help control their weight. Start cooking healthy options like veg parathas, whole wheat pastas. Can make whole wheat bread base for pizza. But include other veg as a source of fiber. Can include lots if vegetables juices rather than fruit juices kindly consult in private and would be glad to help you. Thanks.

Take over-the-counter medicine for headache if intolerable pain. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat smaller meals. Avoid constipation. Hope this helps u. Consult if required.

In t2 dm there is insulin resistance but there are no antibodies against it. Insulin resistance can be reduced by maintaining near normal body weight and a bmi of 23kg/m2. Exercising for more than 1 h a day is a good method of improving insulin resistance. Drugs like metformin and pioglitazone also help in reducing the resistance.

Since 15 days I don't feel hungry in daytime but I feel hungry in the evening so for full day I am without food intake what will be reason behind this. Is it because of stressful work lifestyle? Please advise.

Stress and too much work pressure might be the reason. But make sure you have a proper nutritious breakfast before you start your day. It will keep you energetic the whole day and will also help in relieving stress. Not eating whole day and eating only at night will also reduce your metabolism and you may start gaining weight. So have small frequent meals 5-6 times a day.

Sir Hello! . I am 25 years old women. actually, I am doing exercise and walking in the morning and drinking hot water of the same for loosing of weight, But in the office time I am taking paratha and any other snacks with tea. In meantime, After 1 hrs of breakfast I am getting lazy-ness and want to sleep. At that time I am washing my face even going for a round but no use. Parantha in office can be avoided. It is oily and does induce sleep, specially if sleep deprived or overworked, take light snacks like fruits, boiled eggs if you eat, some assorted nuts, roasted chana, salads and ors type liquids but no curds or chacch, eat moderately at office without staying hungry but do take a proper meal at home. Parantha does not help to lose weight, you can take more proteins like milk and supplements of proteins.

●Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ●Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ●Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ●Try to avoid –grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ●Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ●Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil  ●Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ●Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ●stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats  ●Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ●If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes DIABETIC DIET CHART: Morning: 4-5 Almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6:30 a.m.: Tea + 2 mariegold biscuits(only for those who can’t skip their morning tea) 8:00-9:00 a.m. : 2 Roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11:00-12:00 a.m.: Fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1:00-2:00 p.m.: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4:00-5:00 p.m : tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri(only if hungry) 7:00 p.m : salads/coconut water/lemon water(without sugar) 8:00-9:00 p.m: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk Try to sleep daily on sametime till 11:00 p.m. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:  Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jaggery Note: For preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3:1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

As you feel pain in knees , Follow these usefultips for pain relief:* first check out your bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * do not do heavy leg exercises like running. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Take hepar sulph 30, 3 drops, twice a day. Take glycyrrhiza glabra 1x, tablets, 2 tabs every 4 hourly. Take alpha coff, 2 tsf with warm water, twice daily. Take kali mur 6x, 5 tabs thrice daily. Take phytolaca decandra q, 10 drops in 100 ml warm water and do gargles twice a day. Revert after 5 days.
