Facing with ringworm type problem itching occurs every now and then tried several creams like clobeta, candiderma, fourderm, ringuard but did not solved my problem. Please if you can prescribe some good cream.

If it is ringworm those creams will definitely help. The only precaution for permanent cure from ringworm is to see that the infected area is kept dry as the ringworm heals only if the lesion is kept dry. Presence of water helps in ringworm multiplication.

Get an FNAC done from your breast lump. It will help in arriving at an accurate diagnosis. And treatment will be decided upon its basis.

Measures To Reduce Hair Loss Diet rich in vitamins, minerals esp fruits & green leafy vegetables should be included in maximum regular exercise, yoga, avoid hair dyes, avoid washing hair frequently, avoid vigorous scalp massage/brushing. Homoeopathic Aspect of hairfall- Homoeopathy has a lot to offer in hairfall but it requires some time. Following medicines are useful in treating hairfall - Lycopodium, Graphites, Thuja, Phosphoric–acid, Selenium, Mancinella, Fluoric–acid, Can notharis, Phosphorus, China, Sepia. Caution– avoid self medication as detailed history is required in each & every case. Thus Homoeopathy alongwith proper diet & regimen, regular exercises would prove to be a great ray of hope for the patients of alopecia or hair–fall. To know more about the treatment of hairfall, consult me on Lybrate and get all the solutions on your smartphone.

I have dark spot on face, what should I do now for removing dark spot? Please help me.

I have dark spot on face, what should I do now for removing dark spot? Please help me.
1.Mix equal proportions of Fuller’s earth (multani mitti), rose water, and sandalwood powder. 2.Apply this mud pack to your face. 3.Wash after it dries up. 4.Repeat the process once a week. 5.Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the spots overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water. However, this particular remedy is not suitable for those with sensitive skin. 6.Rinse your face with water and pat it dry. Crush up mint leaves thoroughly, you can use a blender but a mortar and pestle works quite well if you happen to have one lying around. Rub the juice and crushed leaves on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly with cold water. 7. Avoid oily and spicy food. Donot skip breakfast. 8. Avoid constipation so drink plenty of fluids and water. 9. keep ur face clean dust and oil free.

Dear lybrate-user, The medications you have been prescribed are for fungal infections and are correct for your condition. Please do not apply creams bought over the counter without prescriptions as they may help with itching but will not cure your condition. You will need to get medications which will control the itching to make yourself comfortable till the anti fungal medications take effect. You will need to follow one single course till the infection is completely cleared. Changing medications midway will not help. Till then shower twice daily and keep your skin dry. You may consult with me on private chat for me to help you further. Dr. Priyali Shah - Dermatology.
