We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

1- 90 प्रतिशत रोग केवल पेट से होते हैं। पेट में कब्ज नहीं रहना चाहिए। अन्यथा रोगों की कभी कमी नहीं रहेगी।
2- कुल 13 अधारणीय वेग हैं
3-160 रोग केवल मांसाहार से होते है
4- 103 रोग भोजन के बाद जल पीने से होते हैं। भोजन के 1 घंटे बाद ही जल पीना चाहिये।

29- अपक्व भोजन (जो आग पर न पकाया गया हो) से शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है और आयु दीर्घ होती है।
30- मुलहठी चूसने से कफ बाहर आता है और आवाज मधुर होती है।
31- जल सदैव ताजा(चापाकल, कुएं
आदि का) पीना चाहिये, बोतलबंद (फ्रिज) पानी बासी और अनेक रोगों के कारण होते हैं।
32- नीबू गंदे पानी के रोग (यकृत, टाइफाइड, दस्त, पेट के रोग) तथा हैजा से बचाता है।
33- चोकर खाने से शरीर की प्रतिरोधक शक्ति बढ़ती है। इसलिए सदैव गेहूं मोटा ही पिसवाना चाहिए।
34- फल, मीठा और घी या तेल से बने पदार्थ खाकर तुरन्त जल नहीं पीना चाहिए।
35- भोजन पकने के 48 मिनट के
अन्दर खा लेना चाहिए। उसके पश्चात्
उसकी पोषकता कम होने लगती है। 12 घण्टे के बाद पशुओं के खाने लायक भी नहीं रहता है।। 
36- मिट्टी के बर्तन में भोजन पकाने से पोषकता 100%, कांसे के बर्तन
में 97%, पीतल के बर्तन में 93%, अल्युमिनियम के बर्तन और प्रेशर कुकर में 7-13% ही बचते हैं।
37- गेहूँ का आटा 15 दिनों पुराना और चना, ज्वार, बाजरा, मक्का का आटा 7 दिनों से अधिक पुराना नहीं प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
38- 14 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों को मैदा (बिस्कुट, ब्रेड, समोसा आदि)
कभी भी नहीं खिलाना चाहिए।
39- खाने के लिए सेंधा नमक सर्वश्रेष्ठ होता है उसके बाद काला नमक का स्थान आता है। सफेद नमक जहर के समान होता है।
40- जल जाने पर आलू का रस, हल्दी, शहद, घृतकुमारी में से कुछ भी लगाने पर जलन ठीक हो जाती है और फफोले नहीं पड़ते।
41- सरसों, तिल,मूंगफली या नारियल का तेल ही खाना चाहिए। देशी घी ही खाना चाहिए है। रिफाइंड तेल और
वनस्पति घी (डालडा) जहर होता है।
42- पैर के अंगूठे के नाखूनों को सरसों तेल से भिगोने से आँखों की खुजली लाली और जलन ठीक हो जाती है।
43- खाने का चूना 70 रोगों को ठीक करता है।
44- चोट, सूजन, दर्द, घाव, फोड़ा होने पर उस पर 5-20 मिनट तक चुम्बक रखने से जल्दी ठीक होता है।
हड्डी टूटने पर चुम्बक का प्रयोग करने से आधे से भी कम समय में ठीक होती है।
45- मीठे में मिश्री, गुड़, शहद, देशी(कच्ची) चीनी का प्रयोग करना चाहिए सफेद चीनी जहर होता है।
46- कुत्ता काटने पर हल्दी लगाना चाहिए।
47-बर्तन मिटटी के ही प्रयोग करने चाहिए।
48- टूथपेस्ट और ब्रश के स्थान पर
दातून और मंजन करना चाहिए दाँत मजबूत रहेंगे।
(आँखों के रोग में दातून नहीं करना)
49- यदि सम्भव हो तो सूर्यास्त के पश्चात् न तो पढ़ें और लिखने का काम तो न ही करें तो अच्छा है।
50- निरोग रहने के लिए अच्छी नींद और अच्छा(ताजा) भोजन अत्यन्त
आवश्यक है।
51- देर रात तक जागने से शरीर की प्रतिरोधक शक्ति कमजोर हो जाती है। भोजन का पाचन भी ठीक से नहीं हो पाता है आँखों के रोग भी होते हैं।
52- प्रातः का भोजन राजकुमार के

Hello, being a homoeopath, I can give you some advise on thi. Homoeopathy has solution to this problem, but the cure depends upon the size of the stone/s. If there is single large stone or multiple large stone then nothing can be done except surgery. But if the stone is single or multiple and small in size then homoeopathy alone will is the solution. DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk with gentle massage. Leave paste on face for 5-10 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of triphala juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning. This formula of treatment is 100% succesful in PROBLEM OF DARK CIRCLES. Here are tips to prevent Acidity/chest burning: -Relax and eat food slowly;Take time to eat- don't rush. Avoid skipping breakfast. - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat  -Limit fluids intake during meals. As it increases stomach distension.  -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Stop smoking. & Avoid alcohol;Stress may increase stomach acids -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Lose weight; Extra fat places pressure on abdomen, pushing gastric juices up  -Do daily exercise.like walking;It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. -Review the medications;that cause acidity: like pain relievers/ antibiotics/Iron tablets HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food  -Juices-Citrus drinks such as orange, tomato juice ,grapefruit, and pineapple juice are very acidic and can cause acid reflux. Other juices like apple,carrot,aloe vera,-are less acidic and thus safe..  -TREATMENT: -Antacids: for mild symptoms, like SUCRAMAL/DIGENE/Mucaine gel, may give relief.  -For severe cases,tablet Pantocid –DSR/Sompraz-D/Rabicip-D.These are taken once/twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg .drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... .sleep for atleast 7 hours...

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi lybrate-user never take supplemts - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.
