From today morning I can not type in my mobile. For example if I wanna. Type car I press h or f or some other word. My hands are not shaking but I just press some unwanted words in middle. When I wanna press 3 I do not know why my finger goes to 2.just thinking about typing something but typing some other thing. Head ache too.

Mr. lybrate-user may be due to 1. Lack of coardination which is a neurological problem 2. Vision problem so you consult local neurophysision and ophthalmic surgeon to overcome this problem.

EFFECT ON HEALTH OF ULTASPNIC INSECT REPELLENT HAS NO HEALTH HAZZARD AS IT EMITS SOUND WHICH KEEP THE MOSQUITO AWAY TILL IN USE. EAR DRUM ARE NOT SENSTIVE TO THIS EMMISON OF SOUND.

TO REMAIN ENERGISED WHOLE DAY YOU ARE REQUIRED 1. MORNING WALK DAILY FOR 35 MINUTES. BRISK WALKING ABOUT 10,000STEPS EVERY DAY. 2. DAILY EXCERCISE AND YOGA FOR 35 MINUTES EACH.

MADAM lybrate-user YOU HAVE TO MAKE THIS HABIT AS A PART OF LIFE TAKE FOLLOWING MEASURES FOR REDUCTION OF WEIGHT Diet and lifestyle factors have a major influence. With a few simple lifestyle modifications, you can improve your overall health at the same time. A. Regular Morning walk for 35 minutes daily (Approximatly 10,000 stps bisk walk daily) An average of 2.5 kg weight in 2 month you can reduce b. Take 2 glass of Luke warm water regularly before going to morning walk. This will increase your body temperature which ultimately increase the metabolic rate that allows body to burn more calories. Thus, aids in reduction of weight. If you add lemon in it it will help to break down the adipose tissue or body fat and also control food craving due to lemon ‘s pectin fibre. Take at least >3 litters of water in a day preferably lukewarm. You can also add triphla powder in Luke warm water with lemon for additional reduction of weight These steps will not only reduce your weight but also help to prevent the disease to which you are at risk like cardiovascular, diabetic, digestive problem, reduce stress and help to produce vitamin D. Morning walk will also help to increase your good cholesterol HDL and reduce bad cholesterol LDL c. Take one apple in morning empty stomach which not only help to reduce your weight but also provide nutrient. D. Minimizing added sugar in your diet from soda, juice, sweets and dairy product except cha-cha and curd can reduce blood triglyceride level. E. Take low carbohydrate diet. Take whole grain breads, whole wheat, mixed grain, brown rice, whole wheat pasta and oatmeal. Say no to refined carbohydrate. F. Consume high fibrous diet from fruits vegetables and whole grains. Dark green leafy vegetables contain highest amount of fibre e.g. Spinach, Broccoli, green peas, green beans turnip greens. Fruits like appeal, orange, pears, strawberry, raspberry, blueberries and blackberries. (Fruits should be taken between two measure meals i.e. Between lunch and dinner) Legumes like black bean green beans, peas kidney beans, lentils peanut and soya bean. G. Nuts like almonds walnuts, peanut cashew contains heart healthy nutrient including fibre, omega -3 fatty acids and unsaturated fats will help to reduce 3-7 serving /week. H. YOGA / EXERCISE EACH FOR 35 MINUTES DAILY. I. TAKE SMALL AND FREQUENT DIET. J. Avoid oily spicy and processed food. A diet high in trans fats can increase blood triglyceride and also expose you to risk of heart disease k. If non-vegetarian then you can take fatty fish which is rich in omega-3fatty acids. Consume 2 serving. Also decrease the risk of heart disease. L. Choosing healthy, unsaturated fats in place of trans fats, decreasing your intake of carbs and exercising regularly may help lower you rweight. M. Use monosaturated fats (Olive oil, nuts) and polyunsaturated fats (Vegetable oils and fatty fish) n. Regular meal pattern should be maintained. O. AVOID SMOKING ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO CHEWING. P. Use of fish oil, fenugreek, garlic extract, guggul and curcumin has ability to lower rweight q. Flax seeds (Alsi) is rich in omega -3 acid which help to increase HDL. Soak ½ cup of flax seeds overnight in a glass of water and drink the gel on next day or boil it till the water become half and drink the gel on same day r. Sprout t. Consume plenty of green vegetables, fruits, salad and reduce carbohydrate.

Chronic fatigue syndrome is extreme fatigue that lost for more than 6 months. Cause is idiopathic but some believe it is closly related to adrenal fatigue or system wide inflammation of the body symptoms: 1. Joint pain that movie from one spot to other. 2. Muscle pain 3. Poor concentration 4. Loss of memory 5. Lymphadenopathy 6.headache 7. Chills 8. Night sweat 9. Digestive disorder like irritable bowel syndrome 10. Irritability 11. Mood swings 12. Panic attacks 13. Anxiety 14. Depression cause: idiopathic but following are contributing factors 1. Hormonal imbalance 2. Poor immunity 3. Viral infection 4. Chronic low blood pressure 5. Nutritional deficiency 6. Oxidative stress 7. Celiac disease 8. Food allergies management: life style changes and healthy diet. Tips are as follows 1. Morning walk 35 minutes daily. 2. Avoid sugar refind carbohydrate and excess of salt 15. Avoid excess of tea and coffee 16. Take nuts and dry fruits like walnuts, almond and cashew 17. Flaxseed oil approximately 1000 mg per day which is rich in omega 3 and 6. 18. Supplement with calcium, vitamin d, vitamin b comlex and vitamin c 19. You can take 1 tag triphla in lukewarm water daily.

It is impossible to get enough vitamin d through diet and sunlight food sources are 1. Salmon: the popular fatty fish -100 gram contains 361 to 68t iu of vitamin d. 2. Cod liver oil- 1 tag provides 450 iu of vitamin d 3. Tuna fish. Use canned tuna -100 gm provides 236 iu vitamin d. It is also good source of niacin and vitamin k 4. Egg yolk--1 egg 18 to 3o iu of vitamin d 5. Mushrooms- it is the only plant source of vitamin d. Mushrooms provide vitami d2 which may not be as effective as vitamin d3 which present in animals source.- 100 gm mushrooms provide 130-450 iu of vitamin d2 6. Fortified foods like cow's milk, soy milk, orange juice cereal and oatmeal- per serving provides 55 to 130 iu 9. The most important is the exposure to the sunlight which will provide daily requirement. Daily requirement of vitamin d.-400 iu for children up to 12 months -600 iu for 1 to 70 years - 800 iu above 70 years. Vitamin d regulates amount of calcium and phosphorus.

Is Left ventricular systolic dysfunction is normal in echocardiography? I have grade 1 hypertension and I have a severe episode of anxiety and panic attack. Cardiologist prescribed me metoprolol25 and psychiatrist prescribed me pranol and pari cr 12.5. Can I take pranol (alprazolam and propranolol 20 mg )with metoprolol25 or can I quit metoprolol25? Please suggest me.
