Is there any relationship between high insulin and dark circles? I have high insulin! I have big dark circles. I sleep a lot also Jus tell me is it due to high insulin level?

No dear lybrate-user there is no connection between high insulin levels and dark circles. Dark circles are due to genetic reasons, thyroid, lack of sleep, working for long hrs in front of computer without sunscreen, pigmentary distinction lines, excessive smoking, too much expisure to sun, deficient vit D levels.

I am loosing hair quickly and have tried all shampoos but no effect yet. I am not sure what else can I do. Can you please help me with this.

It is important to understand that hair is part of body and it gets nutrition through blood. Shampoo, oil helps to condition the scalp. Soil has to be fertilise for plant to grow, same way scalp has to be healthy for good hair. Eat food which is rich in minerals, protein and iron helps to nourish the root. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 7) avoid coffe and tea…. Iam suffering from continuous fever and in the evening times it is becoming more give me the diagnosis and medicines to use.

Hi lybrate-user. There are numerous causes of having continuous fever. But evening fever specially occurs in tuberculosis. But sorry it is very difficult to reach to a particular diagnosis based on symptoms. You must personally see your doctor and get the reports done as required. I always used to follow my classmates and in this way I used to score high. From 10th to next few years, a news paper and it's story inspired me to work for family, but from last 2 to 3 years especially since the start of 2016, I am feeling aloneness, emotional weakness. Mental weakness. What to do now? Now I don't have a competition and also like that news paper. I have completed y b.tech from a reputed college. Done job for 17 months.

Sir/mam I am having pain at knee when I used to sit for long time. Any where. I asked doctor. And he told for mri. Should I go 4 it.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

My weight is very low compression to my age, my face is not glow, many medicine used ashwgandha, nutrigain, sanyasi Ayurveda, endura maas, vasant kusumakar ras, chawanprash, protinex, safed musli, shatavri, calcium syp, practin, menabol, honey, til, badam, juice, paneer etc but not improvement. My HB 13+, but my weight not increase, my diet breakfast 3parontha, lunch 4roti, dinner 3-4 roti, mid day fruit salad juice use, I have used anaar juice but no improvement. My kamar 30 inch. Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Neurofibromatosis is usually non-cancerous. There are three types of this condition. Type 1 usually appears in childhood, while Types 2 and 3 appear in early adulthood. Type 1 can cause bone deformities, learning disabilities and high blood pressure. Type 2 can cause hearing loss, vision loss and difficulty with balance. To get rid of marks, there are a variety of solutions. First of all topical creams with anti-pigmentation actives like kojic acid, licorice extract or alpha-hydroxy acids are ideal.
