Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I had terrible pain and stiffness around knee ie, a little above knees and also below the knees of both legs. It was difficult even to sit. My dexa scan result says ostopenia. I was prescribed lubrijoint for one month and am feeling much better. Can I continue for another two months. Pl advise. I cannot take homeopathy as I am taking lot of other halopathy medicines. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Well you are actually confusing two different issues, one is osteopenia which is decrease in density of bone as compared to normal. Other is osteoarthritis of knees for which you have been prescribed lubrijoint. You can continue with lubrijoint but mainstay of management will remain intensive physical therapy, daily brisk walks for 2-3 km per day, adequate calcium and vitamin d intake and maintaining an active and a healthy lifestyle. Keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutesApply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.

Get and x ray of cervical spine. Keep your posture straight while sitting and working on computer have back support while sitting in chair. Do not use pillow while sleeping do not move your neck much you can use cervical collar do for 5 days and contact for medicine if required good luck.

Dear Mr Avirat, the answer to the question you pose depends upon the severity & degree of tear your ligament has undergone, in cases where the tear is bad , surgery alone at the earlist without much linger can help you achieve optimal outcome, pls do consult your Ortho surgeon , do not have an iota of thought that anything else may help if the tear is severe, because surgery alone has proved to be the best way to restore you back to fittness if the tear is severe & limiting your daily activity & restricting your lifestyle

Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Ance does not occur on thigh it may be furuncle you need physcial examination follow advice given below: 1. Maintain hygiene, avoid allergens 2. You can use calamine lotion local application for itching for 3-5 day 3. Avoid synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth.
