Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. For people who have lost their shape can get back into shape for which a perfect plan has to be cut out, it has to be planned in such a way that this plan will enable losing all the unnecessary fat. It has to be understood that this diet plan which is being etched will not include any harmful food which will promote the body in storing fat which usually means foods like sugar, processed foods and alcohol.

This plan which is being made up usually includes foods like lean meat, fish, chicken, turkey and some fresh vegetables, the main part of this plan is that it has been cut out thinking that the body is usually lean and fit nothing like a fat and lazy one. Processed foods are known to contaminate the body forcing additional fat to be stuck at the usually flat stomach, hips, thighs and bum but for the body to quickly lose all the unnecessary fat it is necessary to stop intake of these foods which pollute the body.

Though all the processed food is cut down it is also necessary to first believe that you can do it that have to be supported by some changes to the diet in order to get a flat belly at a faster rate.

Avoid junk food: Keep distance from four main foods which are known to the prime ones to force fat onto the body which are caffeine, refined sugar, alcohol and processed foods. Indulge in fat food weekly once. There is no harm done to the body if any fancy food can be eaten once a week as long as it is not too much and rest of the time only healthy food has to be chosen. Consume fish oil: this is known to burn excessive fat and provide with all the necessary fatty acids. Make breakfast compulsory: breakfast has to be eaten just after an hour from when you wake up and if there is not much time left for breakfast go with nuts and fresh fruits. Say no to heavy meals after 8 pm: do not entertain heavy meals in the evening especially if the body is having a feeling of being slow down.

Apart from the changes made to diet, it is also necessary to indulge in physical activity which also has to be done in a smarter way rather than getting it done in a harder way. For those who are going to exercises should see that they will get more out of less rather than going with exercise throughout the day, hence, here we give you moves to get flat belly which is known to work on the reduction of stress hormones in body which are known to mainly affect middle part of the body.

Breathing squat:

This is a type of physical activity which is known to have positive results for those trying to get rid of their belly fat, for which the steps are given below that will ensure proper procedure to do this exercise.

Slowly work this exercise which has to be repeated for about 10 minutes. Lower your bottom down as far as is possible by inhaling through the nose after waiting for some time exhale slowly then come back up while inhaling at the same time.

Energy push:

This is the exercise which is known to be great for those suffering from digestion which needs breathing to be done slowly and repeated for 20 times

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms in front while the palms are facing down. Inhale while pulling the hands back towards the shoulder. Exhale while pushing the arms back into its starting position.

Leg tuck:

This physical exercise is known to work great for those who want to attain lower abs which have to be repeated 10 times.

Lie down on the back with feet on the floor while the knees are best to inhale and then bring knees into chest while exhaling at the same time. Inhale once again while returning the feet to floor.

Here is a 7-day plan which will help in losing weight and is suggested to begin on the weekend that also provides with sufficient time to get everything all set to go on a weight loss regime that can proceed for two weeks.

So here goes the plan:

Day 1:

Breakfast: prepare omelet with three egg whites and fill it with 75g of spinach and pepper mixture.
Mid-morning snack: sliced red pepper with 100g chicken
Lunch: salad made with grilled chicken breast, red pepper, mixed salad leaves, tbsp olive oil and green beans.
Mid-afternoon snack: Sliced cucumber with 100g turkey breast
Dinner: Steamed broccoli with 100g grilled chicken breast

Day 2:

Breakfast: stir-fried kale with baked chicken breast
Mid-morning snack: sliced green pepper with 100g turkey breast
Lunch: mixed green salad with tbsp olive oil with baked haddock fillet
Mid-afternoon snack: 75g steamed broccoli with 100g turkey breast
Dinner: salmon steak accompanied by steamed green beans and chopped dill

Day 3:

Breakfast: spinach with 100g smoked salmon
Mid-morning snack: sliced yellow pepper with 100g chicken breast
Lunch: garden salad with tbsp olive oil with one grilled chicken breast
Mid-afternoon snack: avocado with 100g turkey slices
Dinner: steamed spinach, broccoli with cutlets or grilled lamb steak

Day 4:

Breakfast: green beans, tomatoes and scrambled eggs made with one whole and two whites
Mid-morning snack: sliced cucumbers with 100g turkey slices
Lunch: salad, tbsp olive oil, spinach, baked cod fillet, tomato
Mid-afternoon snack: grilled courgette and 100g chicken breast
Dinner: tbsp oil with green veg and stir fried 100g chicken breast

Day 5:

Breakfast: sliced avocado with sliced cucumber and 200g turkey breast
Mid-morning snack: sliced red pepper with two boiled eggs
Lunch: mixed green salad with tbsp olive oil, tomatoes and 150g grilled prawns
Mid-afternoon snack: five almonds with 100g turkey breast
Dinner: steamed broccoli with 100g chicken breast

Day 6:

Breakfast: roasted courgettes and peppers with grilled haddock fillet
Mid-morning snack: sliced tomato with 100g chicken
Lunch: green salad with tbsp olive oil and steamed broccoli accompanied by 150g turkey
Mid-afternoon snack: 5 pecan nuts with 100g chicken
Dinner: steamed broccoli, green beans with 150g to 200g steak

Day 7:

Breakfast: steamed spinach, grilled tomatoes and omelette with three egg whites
Mid-morning snack: 5 brazil nuts with 100g turkey
Lunch: steamed asparagus, green salad with 150g chicken breast
Mid-afternoon snack: sliced cucumber with 100g turkey
Dinner: steamed broccoli or orientals with grilled duck breast.

Cavities in teeth can't be treated at home. You have to get it filled with or without root canal treatment depending on the extent of decay. For whitening teeth, go for scaling and polishing. Teeth prevention is very simple. Brush your teeth twice daily and also use mouthwash. Clean your mouth with forcefully gargling of water after you eat or drink anything. Limit your intake of food to 4-5 time a day. Reduce intake of sweet and sticky foods.

How to control anger? Although the senses require a certain amount of satisfaction, unless regulated they become like wild horses, forcing one to obey their whims. Craving the objects of their satisfaction, the senses take control of the mind and intelligence, leading to frustration and anger when their impossible demands go unmet.From this anger, delusion arises, and from delusion, bewilderment of memory. When memory is bewildered, human intelligence is lost, leaving one in a hell of irrational behavior. As fever is a symptom of some disease in the body, anger is a symptom of ongoing material hankerings. Just as treating fever alone will not cure the disease, treating anger without understanding it to be a symptom of lust will not extinguish the unwanted behavior. To conquer anger, we must first ask how we shall conquer lust

Lord Buddha said that retaining anger is like ‘holding a live coal intending to throw it at someone else.
How can we deal with anger? Thomas Jef­ferson suggests, “When angry, count ten before you speak; if very angry, count hundred.” Con­sciously delaying action is useful in checking angry outbursts.

Humorous but works : When you are angry , pay a handsome amount to a good cause. In this way you would never get angry

When things go wrong, it is natural to feel angry. Yet just because it is natural doesn’t make it desirable. Of course, neither is it desirable to be passive amidst injustices; we need to be assertive and do what we can to set the situation right. But our response should alleviate the problem, not aggravate it.

And anger almost always aggravates the problem. When we become angry, we frequently lose control of ourselves. Or more precisely anger takes control of us using a provocative situation as a front.

And then anger makes us do things that we would never do normally. Things that may break others’ hearts. Things that may become lifelong wounds in our relationships. Things that we may regret for years.

In addition to all these long-term fallouts, anger extracts a heavy cost in the short-term too. After giving us a fleeting feeling of control and power, anger abandons us, embarrassingly and distressingly ensnared in a predicament worse than the original problem.

In fact, anger sometimes does worse than worsening the existing problem. Anger may create an entirely new problem – a problem that is bigger than the original problem. The original problem may might have been an unpleasant situation, but our angry response that starts off as a justified expression of displeasure (“I can’t tolerate such uncleanliness”) soon transmogrifies into a heart-breaking character attack (“You are a lousy fool, a shameless rogue, a wretched curse in my life”).

No wonder the Bhagavad-Gita (16.21) cautions that anger is one of the gates to hell – it propels us into hellish situations even in this world. Therefore the next verse (16.22) urges us to meticulously avoid the insidious influence of anger and thereby become free to act in our enlightened best interests.

The man who has escaped these three gates of hell, O son of Kunti, performs acts conducive to self-realization and thus gradually attains the supreme destination.

First of all capping should never be done without rct. If those teeth are causing pain then please get root canals done followed by capping again. Composite filling will not treat your pain.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help you:: 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul and 2 tab triphala guggul with luke warm water twice a day 30 min after meals. Revert back after 15 days....

For increase of height- take protein rich food -eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, dry fruits, soya milk etc. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and greens provide carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption of food and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful.
