Yes you can. Don't worry. It has no relation or affect on pregnancy except that generally you shouldn't take too much of either as they are not healthy foods as they would abuse excess weight gain.

Hi, Wash the vagina and external genitalia with Panchavalkala Kashaya 4-5 times a day and keep the area dry. Later apply Keto powder all over the external genitalia. Do these for a week to 10days and revert back.

Ask about any stress or other concerns that might be keeping her from feeling pleasure. As experts at Harvard Medical School point out, physical desire can be enough to lead to arousal, sex, and orgasm in men, but the sexual response for women is often more complex. Her motivation for sex may be to feel close to you. If an emotional connection is lacking because of relationship concerns, mental health problems, stress, or some other reason, her desire for sex may lessen. ? Be an unselfish lover. Are you having sex in ways she wants or that keep her interested, asked Paget? Don?t focus solely on your own needs. Encourage her to tell you what feels good to her. Maybe there's something about your sex life that makes her uncomfortable or there's something she wants to try but is embarrassed to mention. Be open to what she has to say. ? Help her relax. If your partner says sex is painful, discuss ways you can help her relax before sex. Perhaps draw a warm bath for her before meeting in the bedroom. Using lubricants and trying different positions may also help. ? Let her know you find her attractive. Show her that she's desirable. Make it a point to compliment her more often -- not just during foreplay, but also at random times when you aren?t trying to initiate sex. ? Find other ways to show support. If you know that she's under a great deal of stress at work, take on some of her household responsibilities so that you can enjoy more time just being together.

I'm really in need of help. Okay so on 11 February I had an ipill and had the ipill period on 16 I guess. I'm supposed to get my period on 1st of every moths. I missed my period in March. Like I don't get it at all and had a urine test which shows negative results. I had a lot of bloating and abdominal cramping. Nowadays I'm having back ache and lot of pain in the ovaries. I also had a few white discharges. I'm panicking and I really need a doctor to help. The previous Doctor I was chatting with closed the conversation just without giving the proper guidance can someone please help me. I'm really feeling depressed I need help. I'm just 18.

After taking ipill your regular cycle sometime gets disturbed so if your pregnancy test was negative don't panic wait for your next cycles uour abdominal cramps could be an indicatio of uour coming periods and if they don't come then repeat the pregnancy test for white discharge little bit of it is normal but if in excess then contact me in private questions section on lybrate I will clear your doubts and help you.
