I am getting sever one side headache, which am unable to concentrate on my work when I suffer with this. Please help me.
1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

The most common position most men favour is the missionary position while others are devotees of the doggy style but some modern men are more flexible and they tend to try out various styles, depending on which gives them or their woman the best form of enjoyment or orgasm.

I also have a problem of B12 and vitamin D deficiency. I am taking injections and tablets regularly. I walk on an average 50-75Ks / Month. In Jan 17 I walked around 110 Kms, Feb March and April was around 50 Kms. The more I walk, I get tiredness and after taking few B12 injections I am back to normal. Some one suggested to have a Cod-liver oil imported one to consume regularly to over come the issue. I am confused. I am a vegetarian, Please suggest.

To overcome your deficiencies, take 30 ml fresh wheat grass juice (extract the juice from 6-7 inch long Wheat grass and for best results consume with in 15 minutes) empty stomach in morning, after 30-45 minutes take 20 gm overnight soaked Sunflower seeds. Take 20 minutes Sun bath, between 6-8 am. It will further be beneficial, if you does Suryanamaskar (start with 5 cycles) along with Sun bath. Can take Punarnava Mandoor: 1 tab after 1/2 hr of breakfast and lunch with fresh Buttermilk.

Hello sir, I live in a hostel. food here is not healthy, they never cook veggies here and I frequently eat very less here. My bowel movements are quite infrequent most of the times I'm constipated and I frequently face gas issues with farts. And also my stools are sticky and I could see small white particles in it. Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

The best way to combat premature ejaculation is by learning to control the sensations prior to orgasm. This method takes time and practice, but it is very effective.

First you need to bring yourself close to orgasm (this can be done via masturbation, without the involvement of your partner) and then stop and relax before recommencing. Each time you need to bring yourself closer to orgasm until finally you cannot control it. If you do this often enough, you will learn where your point of climax is. This is helpful when interacting with your partner.

You will need to practice reaching your climax point with your partner by engaging in non-penetrative sex so that when you feel it is near, you signal them to stop and you allow your erection to subside. This also needs to be repeated so that you and your partner are familiar with the procedure.

Once you feel you are ready for intercourse, it is best to start by lying on your back so that you can guide your partner during penetration. When you are near orgasm, give your partner a signal to stop and you should relax and start again. Once you get the hang of it (it may take several weeks or months), premature ejaculation shouldn't be too much of a problem.

A variant of this method involves the partner squeezing the tip of the penis just before orgasm (" squeeze technique"). This pushes blood out of the penis and reduces the erection.
