two boiled egg daily is on the uh higher side should have three eggsva week. you can have two if you take out the yellow yolk of the egg.

You should start your day with daliya and milk along with dry fruits like almond, walnuts etc. Make sure you also eat apple on an empty stomach.

Give him less spicy food with less oil cooking. Salates and sprouts will be good in food. Buttermilk is very beneficial .avoid tea, coffee ,alcohol and junk food also.

Lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

A shoulder injury or condition hampers your ability to move freely and can. Causes acute pain that makes it difficult to move the affected joint. The most common cause of shoulder pain and neck pain is injury to the soft tissues, including the muscles, tendons, and ligaments within these structures. Put some ice cubes in a plastic bag and wrap the bag in a thin towel. Place it on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat a few times daily for a few days. You can also soak a towel in cold water and apply it on the shoulder. You can use our no pain oil.

Cold drinks are aireated water which contains Co2 (carbon di oxide) mixed with pressure in water. Tingling n bubbles r caused in cold drinks due to Co2. It also increases peristalsis in intestines. Due to this purging may happen in some persons as in your case. U should use cold drink after the tingling n bubbling is stopped in it. It will reduce purging to some extent.

Dear lybrate user, you should go for check up of hb or bp. You may take alfafa tonic. Also take boiled eggs, cheese green veg. Smoothy light small meal three four times a day. Drink coconut water daily. Do not overload your self by taking spicy oily junk food.

I am diabetic since 9 yr now taking zomelismet 50-500 and triglicomet 1 tablet at morning and triglicomet 1 at night also ecosprin' 75 at night. I want to know if I can control my sugar level with exercise I have fracture in my right leg 6 month back can not walk smoothly still. What type of exercise I can do. My fasting sugar is 135 and pp 235 around.

Hi, thanks for posting your query. Well yes you can control your sugars with exercise. But know one thing you are on quiet a high dose medication for diabetes so don't except that only with exercise you can control blood sugars and avoid taking medication. With exercise you requirement for medication comes down and still you will require some medication. Best exercise are brisk walking and jogging but since you have limitations doing it, you can try cycling or stepper exercise. Also to some extent upper body exercise like weight lifting etc.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items. So my suggestion will be take a dietitian's advice for your diet plan.

1.Eat five to six meals a day, instead of the three or two usual meals. 2. Eat as much as you can when you do. 3. Eat-Grains, whole grain. No processed food. 4. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, dairy, nuts, seeds, 5. No drinking any liquids half an hour before a meal, 6. Eat- Nuts, Cheese, Dried fruits, Whole grains, Beans,Milk, Yogurt 7. Use olive or canola oil for cooking, 8. Increase calorie intake 500 cal/ day for a week may increase to 1000 cal /day next week 9. Do regular exercise may be some weight lifting to build muscles.

Nutritious diet include all the food groups like cereals, pulses, dairy products etc. Avoid junk food, oily and fried food. Like in morning breakfast you can have a medium bowl of 1 medium vegetable poha, oats idly, 2 oats cheela, 2 besan cheela, 2 multigrain breads, 2 boiled eggs ,1 bowl wheat flakes+ milk or musseli + milk etc. Then in mid morning have a glass of butter milk or sprouted salad, in lunch have 2 multigrain chapatis + veg +salad+curd then in evening have a cup of green tea + roasted chana then go foa light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + vegetables or 2 chapati + bowl of veg+ 1 plate salad.
