Take this mixture on an empty stomach- half an hour after or before the meal. 2. Tomato Juice Every day drink a glass of fresh tomato juice made at home to get rid of the problem of excessive sweating. 3. Herbal Tea Sage tea has proven to be a great remedy to cure the troubles of excessive sweating. Brew some sage herbs in warm water and let them cool. Drink this every day as sage is rich in magnesium and Vitamin B, which reduces the activities of sweat glands. This remedy is especially meant for stopping excessive sweating in the underarms. Green tea is equally effective if you do not get sage herbs easily. 4. Potato This is the easiest remedy to get rid of too much sweating. Simply cut slices of potato and rub them u.Grapes Eating grapes every day can soothe out the problem of extreme sweating. It has natural antioxidants and it balances the temperature of the body. 5. Under your arms and the areas, which sweat more. Home Remedies for Excessive Sweating 1.Natural Vinegar. Heavy sweating (also known as hyperhidrosis) is a very real and embarrassing problem, but there are some effective ways to treat it. What Is Hyperhidrosis? Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder which produces a lot of unhappiness. An estimated 2-3% of people suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis). Underarm problems tend to start in late adolescence, while palm and sole sweating often begins earlier, around the age 13 (on the average). Untreated, these problems may continue throughout life. Sweating is embarrassing, it stains clothes, ruins personal contact, and complicates business and social interactions. Severe cases can have serious practical consequences as well, making it hard for people who suffer from it to hold a pen, grip a car steering wheel, or shake hands. Causes OF Hyperhidrosis:- Although neurologic, endocrine, infectious, and other systemic diseases can sometimes cause hyperhidrosis, most cases occur in people who are otherwise healthy. Heat and emotions may trigger hyperhidrosis in some, but many who suffer from hyperhidrosis sweat nearly all their waking hours, regardless of their mood or the weather. Antiperspirants This may be the first treatment that a dermatologist recommends. It is affordable. When applied as directed, an antiperspirant can be effective. Your dermatologist may recommend a regular or clinical-strength antiperspirant. Some patients need a stronger antiperspirant and receive a prescription for one. Iontophoresis (the no-sweat machine) If excessive sweating affects your hands, feet, or both areas, this may be an option. You will use this treatment at home. It requires you to immerse your hands or feet in a shallow pan of tap water. As you do this, a medical device sends a low-voltage current through the water. Many people obtain relief. Some people dislike that this treatment can be time-consuming. Uses: Hands and feet It works by the electric current shuts down the treated sweat glands temporarily. Side effects: Some people develop: •Dry skin •Irritated skin •Discomfort during treatment Prescription medicine Some patients receive a prescription for a medicine that temporarily prevents them from sweating. These medicines work throughout the body. However we cannot prescribe in open question answer session as a rule but you can ask in consultation. These medicines prevent the sweat glands from working. Athletes, people who work in a hot place, and anyone who lives in a warm climate should use extreme caution when using this treatment. The body may not be able to cool itself. Uses: These medicines can effectively treat sweating that involves entire body. This medicine also can be an effective treatment for post-menopausal women who sweat excessively only from their head. Side effects: The medicines that prevent the sweat glands from working can cause: •Dry mouth •Dry eyes •Blurry vision •Heart palpations (abnormal heartbeat) Surgery If other treatments fail to bring relief, surgery may be considered. Surgery is permanent and carries risks. The following surgeries can stop excessive sweating: •Surgically remove sweat glands.

I had a chronic masturbation addiction since I was 13. Now I am 34 and Married with a kid. I had loved 2 girls fully one-sided each a lot of years. So was emotionally broke due to failure and resorted to heavy alcoholism and smoking. My marriage had a little compromise on physical appearance and the modernity of my partner I was expecting since I had a lot of rejections in matrimonial search since I have a appearance disability of born baldness (universal alopecia) My expectation of bliss of sex was not satisfied or very subtle and I feel a unsatisfied sexual urge in me because I am still masturbating when I see porn or a romantic scene in movies. I don't get the satisfaction or better when I masturbate in real sex with my wife. And when my wife s away for a while I get huge urge of committing adultery going to prostitutes. I love my wife and I don't want to have another relationship. But the physical urge is killing my sex life since my erection is also weak and ejaculation is too premature. My question is whether I am having too much fantasy of sex from childhood which was blasted in real sex or I am having a anhedonia due to prolonged alcoholism. But I have given up smoking for 2 years and drinking is once per month or once 2 weeks with not more than 2 drinks.

Stop watching pornograpuy. Form habit of regular masturbation based on natural physical need and psychological need. Keep the timing at night with taking bath or any suitable time. Avoid stimulating your self artificially like by pornograpuy. Respect nature. Release of psychic tension that occurs time to time is not harmfull. No need to totally discontinue it but the idea is to master it. Physical fitness and exercise will help. Avoid sexual fantasy. Communicate with wife to take initiative during sex. Educate her through scientific books. Encourage her to experiment and learn to master inhibition.

Physiotherapist, Hyderabad
Dear lybrate-user, I would suggest that first get your Diabetes under control, though its not very high but still on a higher side, so get your blood sugar in control first and then go with any other treatment. By the time POP is good. Aspirin intake is fine. Thanks.

Heart Failure - 5 Causes Of It!

Heart Failure - 5 Causes Of It!

Heart failure occurs when the heart fails to pump blood around the body and organs for oxygen and nutrients. As blood moves through the heart and body at a slower rate, pressure in the heart increases. The chambers of the heart stretch to hold more blood to be able to pump through the body. This helps the blood to move but eventually the heart muscle walls weaken, unable to pump blood efficiently. The kidneys, in response cause the body, to retain fluids. The leakage of fluid in the tissues and the organs congests the heart, leading to heart failure.

Any of the following conditions can be responsible for weakening the heart and causing heart failure.

1. Coronary artery disease: this is a disease of the arteries supplying blood and oxygen to the heart that causes decreased blood flow to heart muscle. If the arteries get blocked or narrowed (due to the buildup of fatty deposits), the heart fails to get oxygen and nutrients, which may eventually lead to heart failure.

2. Heart attackif the artery becomes suddenly blocked or the plaques formed by fatty deposits rupture, it can lead to a heart attack. This happens due to the formation of a blood clot which may block blood flow to an area of heart muscle.

3. High blood pressure: high blood pressure puts an extra strain on the heart for it to work harder to circulate blood throughout the body. As a result, the heart muscle may become stiff or weak to effectively pump blood.

4. Heart muscle weaknessthis condition can have many causes including diseases, infections, drug and alcohol abuse. Genetic factors may also contribute to the weakening of heart muscles.

5. Other diseases: chronic diseases like diabetes, HIV, hyperthyroidism or a buildup of iron or protein can also lead to heart failure. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Cardiologist.

Hello, to answer your question we need more data. Kindly let us know what medications your dad is using currently. Then we need some lab tests like hba1c which tells us our previous 3 months sugar control and serum creatinine, urine protein level. Then we need an opthal evaluation to rule out diabetic retinopathy. All these play a role to decide on the intensity of treatment patient needs. To answer your question when sugars are uncontrolled if we start insulin the dose that it requires to make sugar levels controlled decides whether we can get him back on medications and stop insulin or not. If the dose that he requires is more then he may have to be continued on insulin. If you people r not willing for the same then at least once insulin and once tablet may be made. Managing diabetes is a complex problem.

Today I will explain about incontinence of urine. Basically Incontinence, what is incontinence of urine? You can’t control your urine, that is called incontinence of urine. Basically urine, urinary muscles are whatever muscles is there that is actually work in vaulterily, than we need to control it. There is stress in incontinence, over loaded bladder and infectious diseases. Stress in incontinence is basically person with stress. Any kind of stress can be there. That is called incontinence stress, of urine. In person who is in stress, like any kind of stress, you can say, he has to go to toilet but he doesn’t get the right place to go. That is also stress. And person who is working, long hour working, they have, don’t have time to go there if he cured the urinary bladder then that is also incontinence, stress in urinary. In fact this is the very common in the young generation, who is working in the multinational companies and all, but sometimes it’s a disease but the disease is neuropathy disease hogya. And then diabetes, high blood pressure and any cardiac and third is overloaded bladder. Always bladder full, you, person keeps always full bladder because all the time he is on work or any kind of thinking, that is also called overloaded, overloaded bladder and it’s also incontinence of urine. And second is infectious bladder, infectious bladder can’t control the urine. Second is age factor. Age factor is also very important because after 60s or 50s or menopause bladder, female organ become very loose and weak that can’t control the urine. Then we have, we have, we can rehabilitate the person if, you know about the what is incontinence and it is treatable and manageable. You can rehabilitate your urinary bladder that is called kegel exercises you can improve your urinary bladder with the kegel exercises, but everybody says kegel exercises, kegal exercises, everybody do kegel exercises but you need to learn the right way of kegel exercises that for that you have to consult the physiotherapist to learn all this things and a part of this, some people have perhaps to uterus that is also, is incontinence, cause of incontinence of the urine. Improve your lifestyle, and exercise should important for the person who has these kind of problem. And then you, if you know, if you have in, if you have doubt about key I have these kind of symptoms then you need to consult physiotherapist or you can make a urinary diary, so that we can check out with the urinary diary you will get the book from Google, you will get download this diary and try to fill that, follow that procedure, how to fill that diary and if you feel k there is some symptoms which is match with me, you must consult the physiotherapist who work with the pelvic floor muscles, and it is treatable if you are a person is above 60, that time I can say it’s a very difficult to improve the muscles power but, I can say that you can rehabilitate yourself, you can manage yourself.

So you must consult to physio who works with the pelvic floor exercises, pelvic floor anatomy and everything. If you need any consultation you can contact to the Lybrate.
