Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint.
This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Hi. I think in 3 weeks if it was minor injury then it should have recovered. The fact that you still have pain suggests that you might have some injury in the meniscus which needs evaluation by a sports surgeon. You might need an mri after evaluation.

Your problem can be related to Muscular Spasm.Due to continuous sitting ,your back muscles becomes weak and whilee in same posture there is no movement for long, these muscle go into spasm.and hence you feel pain. After some movement these spasmed muscles becomes somebut mobile and hence pain reduces. So my advise for you is to take frequent 5 minutes break every 60 minutes to get relieved from this problem and for few days start taking this mediine.
