Hello, kindly measure your temperature and follow advises given below you can take: 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get your bp checked 6. avoid mental or physical exertion 7. regular meditation practice 8. warm bath can help consult physician for further management

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. After dengue it happens.First you need to gain weight.Eat food more frequently with extra amount of food.Take whole cream milk or milk shake.Eat more dense vegetables.Take dense fruits like banana,grape,guava,mango,jack fruit,dates,dry fruits more.Tale more protein foods like lean meat,egg,cottage cheese,tofu,soy products.Use good fats like olive,coconut,fish oil,almond,walnut,flax seed,sunflower seed.Add ghee,cream,cheese,butter,jam,jelly with your food.Drink water 3lit/day but not before or during meals.Sleep for 7-8 hours and lead as active and stress free life.

Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: Kindly measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 F (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal Dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and kindly let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ cold/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever

Do regular exercises for warmup. Do stretching after playing. You might be suffering from dehydration and lack of nutrition. You must keep drinking water during practice. Drink 3 glass water 90 minutes before starting practice. Then drink water regularly during practice. If possible, measure your weight before you start practice and after you finish practice. If you have lost weight in that time, means you are dehydrated. Drink double the weight loss. For eg if 200 gm weight is reduced, drink 400 ml water or energy drink.
