Hi lybrate-user, very good evening Low sexual desire in woman may be because of many reasons, like poor interpersonal relationship, anxiety, stress, depression, hormonal imbalances and many more, I strongly advise you meet a qualified trained experienced sexologist to kno the cause and best treatment. Till than 1-Try hard to kno yourself the cause behind it, and if caught than try find right solution for this, 2-Discuss this issue with your wife with intense love, care, trust, and compassion, may there are some issues she hesitating to discuss with you. 3-Give her a good diet specifically low in carbohydrates and high in protein like egg white, chicken, fish, dry fruits specially almonds, dates, olives, anjeer, etc 4-try unani medicine "laboob- e- kabeer" one teaspoon full one hour before breakfast by hamdard company. Go Nuts Over Coconuts: 7 Super Cool Benefits Of Naariyal Paani

Go Nuts Over Coconuts: 7 Super Cool Benefits Of Naariyal Paani

Coconut water or nariyal paani as we know it, is a staple in many homes during summer. Starting the day with a glass of coconut water has more benefits than you can imagine. We in India have been fortunate to have abundant access to coconut water that is healthier for your body than any sports drink, cola drink, sugary premix or fruit juice.

Nutritional facts

From a nutritional point of view, water from a green tender coconut is packed with vitamins, electrolytes, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, phytohormones, and cytokines. It has more potassium than in four bananas; is fat-free with hardly any calories, and very easy to digest.

Health benefits

Here are some benefits of drinking coconut water regularly.

1. Coconut water is a diuretic

When consumed regularly, it keeps your renal system (kidneys, bladder, ureters and urethra) healthy, prevents the occurrence of kidney stones, flushes out toxins like uric acid, phosphates, from the body via urine, and prevents urinary problems.

2. Coconut water helps reduce weight

300 ml of coconut water has just 60 calories, compared to 139 calories in a cola drink, 142 in fruit juice and a whopping 200 in a sports drink. It provides nutrition, keeps you feeling full and suppresses the appetite. Having coconut water with breakfast or lunch keeps you from snacking between meals or reaching for high-calorie meals and keeps water retention in check.

3. Coconut water slows down the aging process

Coconut water hydrates the cells and helps delay aging at a cellular level, combats the effects of pollution, stress and irregular food habits. All this is due to the presence of cytokines, which are a group of proteins that improve the quality of cells and regulate immunity.

4. Coconut water rehydrates and restores

Loss of vital nutrients through sweat is one of the main reasons we feel sapped of energy, listless and lethargic during summer months. Coconut water replenishes the body of vital nutrients, gives energy and gets absorbed by the body instantaneously. For severe cases of dehydration, add a pinch of salt to coconut water for results that are the same as any ors.

5. Coconut water helps maintain blood pressure

Coconut water which is packed with potassium, magnesium and vitamin c is a natural way to main blood pressure. Potassium counteracts the effects of sodium (found in salt) which is known to increase the blood pressure. It also maintains a healthy heart by lowering bad cholesterol, reduces plaque formation in the arteries, increases circulation, and maintains good cholesterol in the body.

6. Coconut water is good for the skin

Topical application of coconut water prevents acne, reduces blemishes, tightens pores, lightens scars, reduces wrinkles and slows down the aging of the skin. Coconut water hydrates the skin and hair both from inside and outside.

7. Coconut water is an anti-bacterial

Coconut water naturally prevents infections, boosts immunity, and maintains the healthy flora and fauna of the digestive system. The natural sugars in coconut water destroy microbes and disease-causing pathogens making it a delicious and preventative addition to your diet.

Specific Learning Disability - Know The Common Types!

Some children have to read or hear something once and it gets imprinted in their minds. Others may struggle to understand concepts. As a parent, your first response may be to think that your child’s teacher isn’t giving him or her enough attention. However, this could indicate a specific learning disorder.

Learning disorders are an umbrella term that covers a range of learning difficulties. If your child is diagnosed with a learning disability it does not mean that he or she is any less smart as compared to their classmates. It simply means that they process information differently. There are many different types of learning disorders.

These are categorized by the skill set they affect most.

  1. DyslexiaDyslexia is a learning disorder where the child cannot understand the relationship between letters, sounds, and words. This can make reading even simple words feel very difficult. It could also make it difficult for the child to understand the meaning of words and phrases.
  2. Dyscalculia: Math is usually a stumbling block for most children but for some understanding numbers could be a lot more difficult. A child with Dyscalculia could find it difficult to organize numbers and understand operation signs. He could also struggle with memorization of multiplication tables etc. Learning how to read time could also be difficult.
  3. Dysgraphia: Learning disabilities related to writing can be termed as Dysgraphia. This involves the physical act of writing as well as understanding what is being written. Dysgraphia can be identified by an inconsistency of handwriting, not being able to accurately copy words as well as spelling inconsistencies.

There is no known cure for learning disabilities. However, there are ways to improve the child’s skills. For this, you must tailor a learning strategy to your child’s strengths. For example, illustrating a word problem may help the child understand it better. Similarly, mnemonic devices and poems could help them memorize mathematical formulas. Converting one type of problem into another can also help them understand concepts. For example, you could turn a word problem into a math problem an vice versa.

In addition, you may also need to consider consulting a learning specialist. They can help determine the type of learning aids your child would benefit most from. Your child may need special education at a school that is equipped with the right services for him or her. The important thing to note is that early intervention is key to treating learning disorders.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
