 इस उम्र में फिट रहने के 20 टिप्स हम आप को बता रहे हैं. इन में से कुछ तो आप जानती होंगी पर कुछ आप के लिए बिलकुल नए होंगे. 
अगर आप इन्हें धीरेधीरे अपने लाइफस्टाइल का हिस्सा बना लें तो बहुत सी परेशानियों से आप दूर रहेंगी.

1. दिमाग से तैयार हों: 
खुद को बदलाव के लिए तैयार करें. लेख पढ़ने और मन में सोचने से कुछ नहीं होगा. अगर स्वस्थ रहना चाहती हैं तो इसे ठान लें. शुरू में लोग टोकेंगे भी मगर उसे आप को संभालना है. ‘मैं करूंगी’, ‘मैं करना चाहती हूं’ की जगह ‘मैं कर रही हूं’, ‘मैं जा रही हूं’ जैसे शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करें.

2. एक प्याला सेहत का: 
 दिन में एक बार जूस, निंबू पानी शहद, नारियल पानी, हर्बल चाय जरुर पिएं।

3. वेट टे्रनिंग करें:
 आप ने पहले कभी जिम जौइन की हो या नहीं फर्क नहीं पड़ता. अब मसल्स कमजोर पड़ रहे हैं. वेट टे्रनिंग उन्हें मजबूती देती है. हिंदुस्तानी महिलाएं वेट टे्रनिंग से परहेज करती हैं पर इस के कई फायदे हैं. जिम नहीं जा सकतीं तो घर पर इस की व्यवस्था कर लें.

4. शैड्यूल चेंज करें: 
अगर आप योग करती हैं या सैर पर जाती हैं और लंबे समय से यह करती आ रही हैं तो ठीक है वरना हैल्थ स्पैशलिस्ट से सलाह लेे. 

5. सप्लीमैंट्स का इस्तेमाल: 
 आप विटामिन डी, सी और ई का खयाल रखें. विटामिन सी और ई को एकसाथ लें. 

6. कैल्सियम और आयरन हासिल करें: 
हिंदुस्तानी महिलाओं में आयरन और कैल्सियम की कमी आमतौर पर पाई जाती है. एक बार इन दोनों के टैस्ट करा लें और खानपान में ऐसी चीजें शामिल करें, जिन में इन की मात्रा अधिक हो. 

7. प्रोटीन से प्यार: 
प्रोटीन आप के कमजोर होते मसल्स में नई जान फूंक देगा. इस की मात्रा बढ़ाएं. 

8. पोस्चर पर ध्यान दें: 
पुरुषों के मुकाबले महिलाओं को कंधों, गरदन और कमर दर्द की शिकायत ज्यादा होती है. इस की प्रमुख वजह बैठने और सोने के तरीके में गड़बड़ी है. 
अब जरा इस पर ध्यान दें. फिजियोथेरैपिस्ट से बात करें, कैसे बैठें, कैसे सोएं वगैरह जानें.

9. स्पोर्ट्स शूज खरीदें: 
हो सकता है आप को आदत न हो, मगर टहलने के लिए स्पोर्ट्स शूज अच्छे होते हैं. अपनी पसंद के शूज खरीदें और उसी में टहलने या जिम जाएं.

10. गलती से घबराएं नहीं: 
अगर कुछ नतीजे सामने नहीं आए तो परेशान होने की जरूरत नहीं. दोबारा नई तकनीक के साथ चीजें शुरू करें. ऐक्सपर्ट की मदद लेने में कोई बुराई नहीं.

11. शुरुआत फल के साथ: 
दिन की शुरुआत किसी फल से करें. जो भी मौसमी फल मिले उसे खाएं. सेहत के लिए जितना अच्छा अनार है उतना ही अमरूद भी है

12. खाना सोना ऐसे हो: 
रात का खाना सोने से 3घंटे पहले खा लें 7.00 बजे तक । खाने के बाद कम से कम 100 कदम टहलें, लेकिन खाने के तुरंत बाद नहीं थोड़ा रुक कर.
कम से कम 7-8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें।

13. स्पा और मसाज: 
हफ्ते में एक बार अगर जेब आप को मंजूरी देती हो तो मसाज और स्पा का लुत्फ उठाएं. नहीं तो घर में किसी से कहें वह आप की मालिश कर दे. 

14. बाथरूम पर ध्यान दें: 
घर का सब से खतरनाक इलाका बाथरूम होता है. घर के बड़े अकसर वहीं फिसल कर चोट खाते हैं. घर में आदेश जारी कर दें कि कोई भी बाथरूम को गीला नहीं छोड़ेगा. 

15. जरुर अपनाएं:
 अच्छी किताबें, अच्छा संगीत, ध्यान आपके जीवन में नई उम्मीद भर देता है।

16. सब को बताएं: 
आप जो कुछ कर रही हैं और जो कुछ करना चाहती हैं उस के बारे में खुद से जुड़े लोगों को जरूर बताएं. ताकि वे लोग आप की सफलता पर आप को बधाई दें और टोकते भी रहें, ‘आज जिम नहीं जा रहीं.’

17. दिन में 2 बार: 
अगर कंफर्टेबल फील करना चाहती हैं तो दिन में 2 बार पेट साफ करें. शरीर में हलकापन रहेगा.

18. पिएं और पीती रहें: 
हमारा शरीर लगभग 60% तरल है अतः हमें उसका ख्याल रखना चाहिए। उसके लिए पानी किसी टौनिक से कम नहीं है. हमेशा साथ रखें और सिप कर के पीती रहें.


19. चैकअप कराएं: 
डाक्टर से सलाह ले कर शुगर, कोलैस्ट्रौल, थाइराइड और एचबी की जांच करवाती रहें. जहां भी गड़बड़ी हो डाइट प्लान उसी हिसाब से करें.

20. नाराज होना बंद करें: 
यह बात बहुत जरूरी है. क्या जल गया, क्या खल गया इन सब का ध्यान रखना आप का काम है, मगर पैनिक होने की जरूरत नहीं. 
 खुश रहना 100 बीमारियों का इलाज है.

Gastritis - How Ayurvedic Remedies are Helpful?

Your stomach is lined with a mucosal membrane known as the mucosa and due to a variety of factors, it may become inflamed. This inflammation may cause a lot of problems and complications which are grouped under gastritis.
Symptoms of gastritis

  1. Upper abdominal pain,
  2. Hiccups
  3. Diarrhea,
  4. Nausea
  5. Heartburn
  6. Constipation
  7. Reduction of appetite
  8. Blood in the stool amongst the others

Gastritis can be quite debilitating and limiting for the people affected by it.

The Ayurveda approach
Ayurveda is a holistic form of medicine which takes into account many factors rather than just the physical disposition and symptoms that strives to cure the patients of the illness in a well-rounded manner. To this effect, Ayurveda helps you treat this problem with multiple angles of attack such as herbal medications and special cleansing therapies among many others.     • Take amla, ginger, and licorice either in a raw form or as a dried option or mixed with other things such as milk or honey. These help in regulating and reducing the acidity within the stomach.
  3. Ayurvedic medications: There are many specialized Ayurvedic medications which can be used to treat gastritis such as:
    • Amalaki choorna
    • Avipattikara choorna
    • Sootashekhara rasa

Bad breath, also known as halitosis medically, is a much bigger problem than just being a cause for social embarrassment. It could be a symptom of an underlying disorder in your body which when corrected, will result in bad breath being resolved as well. However, in most cases, halitosis or bad breath occurs due to gum and teeth problems or due to life style habits such as a bad diet. Ayurveda has cure for both the problems and offers specialized treatment as well as home remedies.

Some general tips to fight bad breath
Bad breath may occur due to a combination of bad diet or digestive problems as well as oral hygiene issues. Some of the common things to follow, which will reduce your bad breath, especially concerning oral hygiene, are mentioned below 
1. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after every meal as it helps clean food particles which may contribute to bad breath
2. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Dryness of the mouth can often cause bad breath
3. Brush your teeth, preferably at least twice daily and clean your tongue every time you brush your teeth
4. Avoid alcohol, smoking and excessive consumption of caffeine products
5. Use natural breath fresheners such as mint leaves and parsley

  3. Honey ginger and lemon combo: If your body has more ‘Kapha’ based symptoms, then this is a very good remedy. Mix equal amounts of honey with ginger juice and lemon juice and use that concoction to slowly gargle your mouth and then rinse.

    • Kushtha, Nagarmotha, Cardamom, and licorice mixtures
    • Dashan Sanskar Churna which is a specially formulated charcoal powder meant for brushing

When there is excessive acid build-up in your body, you experience a burning sensation in your chest. This condition is called acidity.  

You feel a burning sensation in your chest, your mouth tastes sour and your throat may feel sore during bouts of acidity.  An antacid can give you quick relief, but sometimes, you might feel like it isn’t working very well for you. Ayurveda may help you in this case.

Ayurveda is safe, and it provides a natural way to heal acidity.

Here are some Ayurvedic remedies for acidity:

1. Bananas: The potassium in bananas is an excellent antidote to acidity. Eating a ripe banana can provide you relief from the discomforting symptoms of acidity.

2. Milk: The calcium in milk bars acid build-up and absorbs the extra acid produced. For best results, drink cold milk to ease your discomfort.

7. Aniseed: Aniseed cools the stomach lining, which reduces the burning sensation. Simply chewing a few aniseeds or saunf seeds, can bring about instant relief.

8. Cumin: Cumin stimulates saliva production, which aids in improving digestion and metabolism. You can eat cumin seeds, or boil them in water and then drink the solution for relief.

9. Ginger: Ginger improves digestion and helps absorb and assimilate essential nutrients better. It also protects your stomach from ulcers by boosting mucus secretion, which reduces the damage to the stomach lining caused by acid.

The food we eat needs to be digested properly. Digestion ki is prakriya ke dauraan hamare pet mein ek acid banta hai. But most of the times the quantity of this acid produced is more than it is required. This may cause khatte dakaar, which may lead to a burning sensation in the throat and chest, gas and fatigue.

Gale mein jalan ke aur bhi reasons ho sakte hain. Khaane se allergy, bacterial and viral infections and inflammation of the oesophagus kuch aise he reasons hain. Many a times, pain in throat is due to viral infections such as the common cold or flu which is accompanied by running nose, khaansi aur bukhar.

  3. Throat sprays and lozenges: Chloraseptic spray has antibiotic and numbing properties. Yeh gale ke dard ko bhi kam karte hain aur infection ko bhi thik kar dete hain. Lozenges bazaar mein asaani se mil jaati hain and it helps soothe an irritated throat.
  4. Ayurvedic treatment: Raw amla gale ko araam deta hai aur acidity se rahat deta hai. Tulsi ke patte roz subah khaali pet khane se gas nai banti hai aur gale ki jalan mein araam milta hain. Gur is also an effective cure for the condition as it soothes the throat. Dhoodh mein haldi mila kar lena cures any type of throat infection and reduces pain.
