Hello, thanx for using Lybrate. SGPT of 1000, you need to be very careful. Take complete rest. It is better if you get admitted in a hospital. We need to monitor SGPT, shot levels every two days and also evaluate the cause for elevation of liver enzymes.

MADAM I FEEL YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM MIAGRAINE. What Is a Migraine? Migraines are intense, sometimes debilitating headaches. The most common types of migraine are those with aura (classical migraines) and those without aura (common migraines). Migraines can begin in childhood or may not occur until early adulthood. According to the Mayo Clinic, women are three times more likely than men to have migraines. Family history is one of the most common risk factors for having migraines. What Are the Symptoms and Phases of a Migraine? Migraine symptoms may begin one to two days before the headache itself. This is known as the migraine’s prodrome stage. Symptoms include: Food cravings Depression Fatigue or low energy Frequent yawning Hyperactivity Irritability Neck stiffness Some — but not all — people may also experience an aura after the prodrome stage. An aura causes visual, motor, and/or speech disturbances, such as: Difficulty speaking clearly Feeling a prickling or tingling sensation in the arms and legs Flashes of light Seeing shapes, light flashes or bright spots transient vision loss The next phase is known as the attack phase. This is the most acute or severe of the phases when the actual migraine occurs. Attack phase symptoms can last anywhere from four hours to three days. Symptoms of a migraine can vary from person to person. Some symptoms may include: Feeling dizzy or faint Increased sensitivity to light and sound Nausea Pain on one side of the head Pulsing and/or throbbing pain Vomiting After the attack phase, a person will experience the postdrome phase. During this last phase, a person will often experience changes in mood and feelings, which can range from feeling euphoric and extremely happy, to feeling very fatigued and apathetic. What Causes a Migraine? Researchers haven’t identified a definitive cause for migraines. However, they have found some contributing factors that can trigger the condition. This includes changes in brain chemicals, such as a decrease in serotonin levels. Factors that may trigger a migraine include: Bright lights Severe heat, or other extremes in weather Changes in barometric pressure Hormonal changes, such as estrogen fluctuations during menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause for women Drinking alcohol or caffeinated drinks Foods such as aged cheese, salty, or processed foods Consuming food additives, such as aspartame (an artificial sugar) or monosodium glutamate (MSG) Eating foods that have the additive tyramine, which is found in soy products, fava beans, hard sausages, smoked fish, aged cheeses, and Chianti wine Excess stress Loud sounds physical activity Skipping meals Loss of sleep Taking certain medicines, such as oral contraceptives or nitroglycerin Unusual smells If you experience a migraine, your doctor may ask you to keep a headache journal. Writing down what you were doing, what foods you ate, and what medications you were taking before your migraine began can help identify your triggers MIAGRAINE REQUIRES TREATMENT AND HOMOEOPATHY HAS A PERMANENT CURE TO IT.

I’m Dr Pradeep Agarwal, consultant physician, doctor cosmetologist, diabetologist and sexologist. Today we will discuss premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is lifelong or it may be acquired. Premature ejaculation is lifelong or it may be acquired. Lifelong premature ejaculation is diagnosed in tight teenagers. When a person is in teenage, he masturbates and feels quick ejaculation within two minutes or when he has the first project with his partner and acquired when he gets premature ejaculation in the age of 30 to 40 years, or he starts after that. Acquired premature ejaculation is due to stress, environmental condition, lifestyle and unsatisfactory sexual behaviour or when there is a gap in the relation between male and female. So these two types of premature ejaculation we deal in daily practice. When we are treating them we have several options to treat or to cure the premature ejaculation. One is by using medicines such as duloxetine or by using creams like pyroclean lidoclean.

What does this cream do?

These creams lower the sensations, these are anaesthetics that lower the sensations carried by the penis. So while they lower the sensations, there are more periods of sex that a person can do and secondly there is a loss of sensation in that part so sexual stimulation can take time and while using tablets such as duloxetine, other medicines they make up a person to do sex more than three times of his capacity. They have to take the tablets just before the sex and by taking the tablet their performance can be increased three times. But these tablets and anaesthetic creams are not a permanent treatment of premature ejaculation. For that purpose, we have certain other exercises also and certain behavioural modifications and lifestyle changes are also needed. Walnuts are very good for premature ejaculation. One can take walnut with honey daily to avoid premature ejaculation, it

Walnuts are very good for premature ejaculation. One can take walnut with honey daily to avoid premature ejaculation, it helps in making more erection. If you want firm erection then you have to daily do daily lower limb exercise and take walnuts with honey that will help you in long run. Second, y we come to nutrition part, addition of omega fatty acids, omega fatty acid 3,6,9 and vitamin e, glutacone. These all antioxidants help in getting more firm erection and delaying the ejaculation.

A person should have control over its ejaculation. Pre mature ejaculation all depends on its sensation, your control, and a person has to develop his control over his sensation. So we have a multiple exercise that can help these are PC muscle exercise, stop-start technique and fast squeeze technique and they are many. So we will start from start stop technique. In start stop technique person has to do six and at a time when he is just about o ejaculate he has to stop 30 to 60 seconds and he again has to stimulate himself. So by doing this four to five cycles he slowly slowly starts to get in more ejaculation. He starts getting longtime when he has sex and he starts getting control over his ejaculation.

  • The second one that is fast squeeze technique, patient has to consult with his wife, because in this technique her wife has more role . her wife has to stimulate him and when is just about to ejaculate, he ha sto stop ejaculation, his wife has to press his penis from shaft to glance , in between that he has to press his penis. By doing that the ejaculation stops and again we have to repeat 4 to 5 cycles and while doing these two techniques, slowly slowly over a time of 6 to 5 months, patient gets relief from premature ejaculation.
  • The other thing patient can do for premature ejaculation is controlling his breathing, he can take a deep breath when he is about to ejaculate, to stop the ejaculation and by stopping and controlling ejaculation or while urinating he can stop his urine in between and then continue. he can stop urine by 30 to 50 seconds, by doing that he can achieve more firm control over his muscles and that’s why stop premature ejaculation.
