See after ear perforation the hearing improves as all the sounds go in, and in later life if you neglect the disease than this will lead to hearing loss as now this is the high time to get your ear operated.

I have been advised not to use cotton buds for cleaning ears as they are harmful. So how can I clean my ears without harming them.

SLE, Fellowship In Diabetology, Diploma In Psychology Mental Health And Illness, PLAB (MANCHESTOR, UK), FAGE, MBBS
General Physician, Bangalore
Thanks for your query. While cleaning the ears it is importnet not to push the ear buds too deep into the ear. If you use the ear buds make sure you do not apply too much pressure and clean the external ear superficially. If you feel too much wax has been deposited inside and you have pain or loss of hearing you can use wax softeners available in pharmacy. If you have any further query please ask.

Start pinching the nose and then slowly lifted. Regularly every day for 4-5 minutes so that only the most pointed and sharp nose. • How sharp nose course others use essential oils like lavender or jasmine and massage the tip to the base near the eye. Be careful not to hit oil from your beautiful eyes. • Place the middle finger in the corner of the eye and place the ring finger right under, massage gently until you feel the muscle is the nose. Do it with relaxed for 8-10 times a day. • Yoga can be a way to make sharp nose naturally through breathing exercises correctly. With yoga, breathing techniques, aquiline nose look without realizing it. The trick, sitting upright, then use your right thumb to close the right nostril. Take a deep breath with a hole on the left and hold your breath for four seconds. Then exhale slowly to the count of six. Do not clean too frequently - it is causing injury to her ears. Just pour few drops of warm mustard oil in both ears and leave overnight -do this for 2 days. In the morning she would be relieve of her ear-pain. If not then do visit your ENT once again. For further queries get back to me.

My ear is paining. When I put buds in my ear, my ear is paining. Like air closed in ear. Can you help me?

MBBS
General Physician,
You should be very careful to use the ear bud it is verybdangerous if you use it quite often because thereby you may damage the tympanic membrane of the ear which is very very thin just. 007mm only and it is very sensitive too you may may cause the perforation of the tympanic membrane. Consult a e n t specialist. To assess the situation in the ear. You may putvsome antibiotic ear drop into the ear for three days.

There is an unbearable pain in the ears. Pain is bearable in the day time BT as it is evening pain starts to increase n becomes unbearable at night.

I am suffering from dizziness when I step out in the sun and stand for even 15 minutes. Please could someone give a suggestion to treat this.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi, Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: Eat right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.
